**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and tracking all Project & Engineering tasks and deliverables inclusive of Common Support, Army Golden Master (AGM), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), Common Access Card (CAC) / Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Desktop Collaboration and Productivity Services, Directory and Identity Synchronization Service (DISS), Concurrent Flexible Enterprise Engineering Efforts (CF3E), Enterprise Directory Services and Authentication (EDS&A), Enterprise Protected - Domain Name System (EP-DNS), Global Enterprise Fabric (GEF), Integrated Test Environment Facility, Network Access Control Support, Network Management System (NMS), Privileged Access, Local Area Network (LAN) Sustainment, Wide Area Network (WAN) Sustainment, Database Support, Scripting, Storage, Backup, and Restore, Virtualization and Containerization, Network, and Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) Tasks.
+ Responsible for performing high-level systems analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and implementation of very complex application that require a thorough knowledge of administrative, and technical skills.
+ Directs and participates in all phases of system development with emphasis on planning, analysis, evaluation, integration, testing and acceptance phases (IV&V and DT&E).
+ Applies higher-level business or technical principles and methods to very difficult technical problems to arrive at automated engineering solution.
+ Designs and prepares technical reports and related documentation and makes charts and graphs to record results.
+ Prepare and deliver presentations and briefings as required by the Program Manager.
+ Will serve as Task Leader.

**The Opportunity:**
CACI is responsible for providing comprehensive Integrated Product Support (IPS) services for the Tactical Integrated Ground Suite (TIGS) System of Systems (SoS). These services cover a range of support categories including management, engineering, maintenance, supply, data, training, continuous support, infrastructure, logistics, and personnel. The primary objective of these diverse services is to ensure warfighting readiness across the globe by increasing the operational availability and mission effectiveness of all currently deployed and future TIGS SoS.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Serves as the engineering project lead in Colorado Springs,leveragingtechnical experience working with complex DoD systems to enhance Integrated Product Support (IPS) engineering activities and ensure project outcomes (e.g. technical cost/schedule/performance).
+ Communicateswith program management, lead systems engineer, and cross-functionalengineering teams to develop, execute,maintain, and continuously improve comprehensive project plans.
+ Works effectively with lead systems engineer and cross-functional engineering teams to achieve project objectives; fosters a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficient problem-solving while ensuring all technical requirements and project specifications are met.
+ Addresses and troubleshoots technical issues and problems that arise during the project lifecycle; provides solutions and guidance to the engineering team to overcome challenges and keep the project on track.
