Primary Function:

The Engineering Coordinator is responsible for processing all Engineering changes, ensuring accurate and timely implementation into the system for release to the production floor. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage all ECO and AIR changes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely implementation.
  • Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure changes are effectively communicated and executed.
  • Maintain and update the engineering change management system, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
  • Review and verify the completeness and accuracy of documentation before release.
  • Track the status of all changes and provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and improvement of change management processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards related to engineering changes.
  • Assist with new model builds, ensuring all engineering changes are incorporated smoothly.
  • Support cost savings initiatives by identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Conduct Bill of Materials (BOM) investigations to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Job Requirements:
  • 8-10 years' experience in manufacturing or automotive industry.
  • Oracle System experience.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills.
  • Experience in an engineering coordination or similar role preferred.
  • Understanding of engineering change management processes preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using engineering change management software (such as Fusion Manage) and other relevant tools preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

This is a field position that requires out of town assignments that may include working 6-7 days per week. This includes having to stay in hotels for extended periods. All travel expenses are covered for out of town assignment.

Responsibilities
  • Monitorand document construction activities at solid waste landfill facilities including field inspection and testing of soils and geosynthetic liners.
  • Superviseand complete construction quality assurance and construction quality control activities in several states, including the construction of landfill components and other environmental control systems.
  • Perform field and/or laboratory testing, observation, and inspection of construction materials (e.g. soils, aggregates, concrete, asphalt, and steel).
  • Communicate with project manager, engineering technicians, client representative, contractor's representative and others as applicable regarding the construction site, project requirements, and testing, observation, and inspection requirements and results.
  • Transport material samples with associated identifying documentation to the laboratory for further testing and analysis.
  • Tabulate, prepare, and submit data and observation in the form of written and digital reports as work is performed for daily transmittal to the Weaver Project Manager.
  • Maintain and clean equipment, vehicles and work areas.
  • Adhere to strict safety standards.
  • Under close supervision of higher level technicians or staff professionals, assist on tasks and perform basic testing and observations duties.
  • Provideclear documentation of findings and results.
  • Communicates information to Project Manager and discusses accuracy of data in preparation for submittal.
  • Submitdocumentation and communicateresults as directed by the Project Manager.
  • Will be placed in a progressively increased role of training and responsibility in work assignments.
  • Follow safety rules and practices and other safety requirements for all projects.
  • Perform pre-task planning prior to executing work.

  • Be responsible for maintaining quality standards on all projects.
Qualifications
  • HS Diploma.
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience in CQA and/or field based positions.
  • Good communication, writing, and organization skills.
  • Ability to use basic computer applications like Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds required.
  • Valid driver's license, including the ability to passa motor vehicle review (MVR).

Summary:

Provide engineering support to drive continuous improvement and meet daily production objectives. Complete projects, activities and initiatives that impact the achievement of OEE and Yield targets. The Engineering Technician role is a hands-on position that, especially outside of business hours, will be expected to work rather independently to accomplish its projects and tasks, while knowing when and how to escalate.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive troubleshooting and problem-solving activities when equipment breakdowns occur
  • Collect and analyze data, inspect products and processes, conduct tests, assist with research and development, and record results
  • Provide advanced training to Tech II's and III's, including but not limited to developing troubleshooting training guides
  • Create, update, and maintain Work Instructions, Work Standards, PFMEAs, Control Plans, PFDs (Troubleshooting Guide), Quality Alerts, Change Orders, OPL (One Point Lessons), and Visual Standards
  • Follow 4M changes
  • Lead line change-overs, verify proper function and quality is met
  • Confirm line parameters match standards
  • Initiate and foster cooperation/communication within and between departments and shifts

  • Adhere to company, team, and safety rules/requirements at all times, including clean room rules and PPE standards
  • Participate and successfully complete all training requirements
  • Lead the FPI (First Production Inspection) process and documentation
  • Quality issue monitoring, root cause finding, and corrective action implementation
  • Monitor the SPC system and verify the flags
  • Monitor RMS (Recipe Management System), response flags, and verify the machine settings on time
  • Manage the hold material (tracking, reviewing, inputting, reflecting to yield)
  • Maintain cleanliness at the work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:
    1. Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain
    2. Right Location, Right Quantity, Right Container
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Vocational Certificate or Associates Degree preferred or equivalent, relevant experience
  • Must be available to work weekend/night shifts based on the team's needs
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
  • Must be Korean bilingual
Experience:
  • Tech II or III or commensurate experience
