+ Utilize technical software programs on a regular basis to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for our clients.
+ Contribute to the pre-construction civil engineering design, planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for multiple projects ranging in size and scope.
+ Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to produce our clients' visions for the future built environment.
+ Develop familiarity with the federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley-Horn's and our client's practices, procedures, and standards.

Job DutiesWe are looking for an experienced engineering manager to lead one of our teams within the Platform Product Group. The Platform Product Group's mission is to build a trusted, scalable, and compliant platform to maximize velocity, efficiency and quality. They build the foundations that can be used by multiple products and teams at Coinbase so that users can have a consistent and high-quality experience.
- Build and manage engineering teams, to guide the development of features, services, and infrastructure.
- Coach your direct reports to have a positive impact on the organization and support their career growth.
- Collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, and senior leadership to translate our vision into a tangible roadmap on a quarterly basis. Break down complex projects into smaller pieces and lead the iterative design and implementation process.

Position Purpose
The Director of Engineering Services is accountable for the automation strategy, project management, capital program management, reliability and other related engineering areas in line with business needs. The role will support the bakeries in the management of large and complex capital projects meeting objectives for safety, schedule, budget, maintaining sanitary design of equipment, and with an end result of meeting or exceeding design performance requirements. In addition, the role will provide support to the bakeries to enhance existing equipment reliability as measured by downtime, adherence to production standards, and service response times. This position will also develop and lead execution of the company wide automation strategy.

- Responsible for developing and leading execution of a bakery equipment automation strategy for the company.
- Directly responsible for all elements of project management from BOD to commissioning and handover and ensures that all project objectives are met on schedule, safely and within budgetary limits. Project management duties include:

- Vendor and equipment investigation, selection, price negotiation, coordination, and procurement efforts related to projects.
