**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ Validated academic excellence (3.0 GPA and higher)

**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:**

+ Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the date of hire

About the Company:
American Engineering is adding May 2026 civil engineering graduates to our team who are eager to be part of a growing engineering firm which works on interesting and challenging projects.
Not sure exactly what type of civil engineering you want to do? We might be a fit for you. We don't pigeon-hole our staff, especially our new grads. You may get a chance to work on a variety of project types.
We have reasonable expectations of our new grads. We stress collaboration and sharing of teammates between our departments.
About the Role:
Our new colleagues will be working towards a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering set to graduate in May 2026. New staff will be part of engineering design teams in Land Development, Transportation or Municipal/Infrastructure Departments.
Responsibilities:
- Embrace the hands-on American Academy training program
- Have an intellectual curiosity
- Ask a lot of questions of the numerous PEs on the team
- Work on a variety of project types
- Collaborate and share with teammates between departments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an Abet-Accredited program.
- Minoring or Interest in transportation, land development, or water resources.
