Job Responsibilities:

• Work in "hands on" environment in Component Test to set-up and execute tests to obtain engineering and/or component qualification data.
• Interface with Component Test customers/customer organizations as required to define test requirements and then assure test requirements are met.
• Document and communicate test.
• Test hardware and test enabling hardware set-up.
• Test data acquisition set-up.
• Test execution and test execution documentation.
• Test troubleshooting.
• Basic test results reporting and documentation.
• Follow company safety and quality procedures.
• Work with both small and large teams to accomplish daily task.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in aircraft maintenance and/or repair or other relevant experience.

• A&P License preferred.
• Familiar with using and reading measuring devices such as calipers and micrometers.
• Hands on mechanical experience / background.
• Aviation background with understanding of Jet Engines.

Nature and Scope The Director of Engineering is responsible for managing all capital engineering projects including facility and equipment upgrades across all American Regent Ohio locations. This position also oversees key operational functions including facilities, housekeeping, landscaping, security, and pest control.
