Oversees technical staff and consultants performing engineering and architectural design services related to large scale transportation projects. This role provides strategic oversight of construction activities, contract execution, risk mitigation, and field coordination for major transit and mobility improvement projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in accordance with agency goals. This position will also lead and manage internal staff, construction management consultants, and project delivery teams.
