Trane Technologies Accelerated Development Programs (ADPs) provide recent college graduates with challenging assignments, leadership training and valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders. Through rotations and experiences in multiple geographic and business locations, you will be able to build diverse skill sets and a strong foundation for a successful and fulfilling career with Trane Technologies. These assignments are strategically chosen to ensure your continuous learning and personal development.
Electrical Engineering ADP members will develop a solid engineering foundation with skills in key areas including Modeling & Simulation, Value Analysis/Value Engineering, Product Management, Product Validation & Testing, and New Technology Development. Assignments are strategically chosen to ensure continuous learning and personal development.
The Electrical Engineering ADP experience will have rotations that have **onsite** expectations as well as **hybrid** expectations. Locations are determined by the needs of the business.   
+ Onsite: physical presence at your assigned work location required 5 days per week.
+ Hybrid: physical presence at your assigned work location required 3 days per week.
**Our Accelerated Development Program in Engineering** **has three rotations** **:**
+ Product line assignment (12 months, Quality and Reliability, Value Analysis/Engineering and Productivity) existing product improvements
+ Cross-functional experience (6 months)
+ Project-based assignment (12 months, New Product Development)
The program can include up to two physical moves. Relocation assistance is provided for new work locations where the distance is at least 50 miles.
**What you will bring:**   
Function specific responsibilities will vary based on the assignment. A successful candidate for the Accelerated Development Program will exhibit the following:
+ BS/MS in Electrical Engineeringpreferred. Degree must be completed prior to program start with a required GPA of 3.0 or above.

About the role
Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this pivotal position leads the maintenance team in upholding exceptional standards for equipment and facility upkeep. **What you will do:  **
The Manufacturing Engineer Co-Op in Lacrosse, WI provides college students with challenging assignments, leadership training and valuable exposure to our company's senior leaders. Through meaningful work projects, our Co-op program offers candidates working toward their Bachelor's or Master's in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree exposure to a variety assignments which could include: Waste elimination projects for manufacturing areas, Standard work creation and updates, Manufacturing process improvement projects (Lean Manufacturing), Industrial engineering studies, Value Stream capability studies, Capital equipment expense requests, Manufacturing Process Automation and systems integration, Data analysis of manufacturing and warehouse operations, Process Risk assessments for Quality, Ergo, and Safety, Energy Audits . 
**What you will bring:**
+ Working towards a MS/MA or BS/BA in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related degree
+ Overall 3.0 GPA or above
+ Must be available to work Full-time for 6-8 consecutive months (January-August)
+ Demonstrated leadership skills (minimum of one example in the last four years such as: school club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional leadership of work projects)
+ Resiliency and ability to adapt quickly
+ Relocation: $3,500
**Compensation:   **
**Base Pay Range:** $22.50 - 27.00 per hour
Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan. Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
