Summary:
The Specialist works with Engineering and Construction Engineers and Project Managers to ensure project documentation are verifiable, traceable and complete in the Company's Document Management System. The Sr. Specialist will also perform quality audits during construction to verify the required technical and engineering records are properly collected and uploaded to the Construction Document Management System in accordance with the Company Engineering Standards. The Specialist will work with Project Managers to assist with project forecasting, invoice coding, routing of WBS forms, creation of work offers, change orders, and assisting with material requisition.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide field support to E&C Project Managers, Construction Managers, and Office personnel responsible for project records on the use of the Company's Construction Project Document Management System.
- Perform field audits during the construction projects to verify the required technical records are properly collected and uploaded to the Construction Document Management System in accordance with the Company Engineering Standards and state/federal regulations. Records must be verifiable, traceable and complete.
- Provide guidance to project teams with procedural and recordkeeping issues.
- Assist E&C Project Compliance Group in maintaining the Company's Engineering Standard for Project Documentation and other forms and guidelines used during Construction of Company facilities
- Provide assistance with the continuous improvement of the Company's Construction Project Management System
- Provide assistance with project forecasting, invoice coding, routing of WBS forms
- Provide assistance with creation of work offers, change orders, and assist with material requisition
Requirements:
Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-5+ years of industry related experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent assignments
- Must be detail oriented with good organizational skills

- Broad spectrum of projects experience in a midstream Oil and Gas industry to include: liquid pipeline and terminals, pump stations, gas pipeline, and storage of crude oil or its derivatives is preferred.
- Ability to travel domestically, up to 25% of the time.
