Job Description:

As a member of the Engineering staff, the Specialist will work with experts across a range of disciplines to develop, manufacture, and test valves and regulators for space and defense applications. The Engineering Specialist provides technical oversight and project leadership for in-house and supplier-based products. Essential Functions:
+ 25% - Leads development and supports production and test of rocket engine propellant control components. Applies engineering and scientific concepts to challenges ranging from preliminary ideas through product life cycle.

What youll be doing:

As Senior Engineering Manager for the SEO & Provider Showcase teams , you will lead two full-stack web squads whose charter is to:

  • SEO / Growth Team Drive discoverability and acquisition through world-class technical SEO, rapid experimentation, and data-driven growth loops.

  • Provider Showcase Team Build and optimize the tooling that powers provider profile pages and marketplace listings, unlocking conversion and retention for both therapists and clients.

Your remit spans roadmap ownership, architectural direction, people leadership, and cross-functional alignment. Youll report to the VP of Engineering and work closely with Product, Design, Marketing, and Data to deliver measurable business impact.

  • Technical leadership

Youll be a great fit if you
  • Bring 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with 5+ years leading teams including at least two years focused on growth, SEO, or performance marketing surfaces.
