+ Lead complex design of electrical systems for solar, batter storage (BESS), and other renewable projects throughout TX and other markets across the US.

+ Lead a team of qualified staff while mentoring, training, and growing a team to expand our electrical engineering practice
+ Daily interaction and collaboration on multi-disciplinary teams

**Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
+ 12+ years of relatable experience in an Electrical Engineering leadership role
+ Experience managing and mentoring younger staff
+ Interest and experience engaging directly with clients, having a growth mindset to build business
+ Experience with marketing and business development activities
+ Firm understanding of the National Electrical Code, other NFPA codes/standards, and energy codes
+ Proficiency using Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (AutoCAD)
+ Licensed EE in the state of TX highly desired
+ Experience in Power Studies, such as Short Circuit Study, Coordination Study, and Arc Flash Analysis.AGI32 is a plus

Responsibilities:
Design and create data architecture and strategies to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of structured and unstructured data.
Design, build, and manage data pipelines to ingest, transform, and distribute data between on-premises and Azure-based destinations.
Implement measures to ensure the quality and integrity of data, including data cleaning, validation, and error handling within data pipelines.
Utilize technologies from Qlik, OpenText, SAP Datasphere, and Azure cloud services, including Copilot, Dataverse, Fabric, Data Factory, Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure Synapse Analytics, Fabric to enable custom applications and BI efforts.
Employ programming languages like Java or Python for automation and API integration tasks.

Skills and Requirements
12+ years of IT experience as a Data Engineer, Data Architect, or Software Developer
In-depth knowledge of Azure cloud services, relational database design principles, data warehousing, performance tuning, and optimization
Strong analytic skills related to working with both structured and unstructured datasets
High level proficiency in T-SQL, ADF Pipelines, SSIS packages, Lift and Shift of existing On-premises processes, database design principles, data modeling and data warehousing

This role will focus on optimizing the cost and value of Consumer PCs through strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Commodity Engineering team, Procurement, Design and Architecture teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading cross-functional collaboration, driving results through a strong influence mindset, and working independently to deliver cost-effective solutions that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Cost To Value Optimization: Lead initiatives to analyze, optimize, and reduce costs across personal computer components, systems, and manufacturing processes without compromising quality or performance, looking for the optimal design architecture /technology to deliver each value element.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, competitive teardown team and marketing teams to evaluate design alternatives, materials, and processes to optimize overall E2E product cost.
Influence and Drive Results: Influence key stakeholders across functions, offering actionable insights and recommendations. Drive cost-saving initiatives through effective communication, negotiation, and alignment of goals gen over gen through the PLC, with a strong focus on early strategic choices at Portfolio level to achieve substantial structural cost improvements on each grounds-up design.
Independent Decision-Making: Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of projects from ideation through execution, and delivering high-quality solutions within established timelines.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor industry trends, identify emerging technologies and design innovations, and incorporate these into cost optimization strategies.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of cost analysis, design decisions, and improvements. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and achieved results.
Risk Management: Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with design changes or cost reductions, ensuring the products integrity, functionality, and quality are preserved.
Compensation: $40.00-$50.00/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including, but not limited to skills, experience, and education.

Bachelors degree in engineering, Industrial Design, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
5+ years of experience in value engineering, cost optimization, or product design, preferably in the personal computer or electronics industry.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle, component sourcing, and manufacturing processes for personal computers.
Proven experience in working cross-functionally, with the ability to build relationships and drive decisions across teams.

Responsibilities:
Design and create data architecture and strategies to facilitate efficient storage and retrieval of structured and unstructured data.
Design, build, and manage data pipelines to ingest, transform, and distribute data between on-premises and Azure-based destinations.
Implement measures to ensure the quality and integrity of data, including data cleaning, validation, and error handling within data pipelines.
Utilize technologies from Qlik, OpenText, SAP Datasphere, and Azure cloud services, including Copilot, Dataverse, Fabric, Data Factory, Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure Synapse Analytics, Fabric to enable custom applications and BI efforts.
