Job Summary
QTEC Aerospace is looking for highly capable and motivated individuals. The successful candidates will function as an integral member of a multi-contractor team providing program, engineering, and technical support to Missile Defense programs.
Job Duties/Responsibilities
Responsibilities will include, but may not be limited to the following:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python and tools such as Eggplant
- Participate in all phases of the SDLC including requirements analysis, design, development, integration, and testing
- Collaborate with software engineers, QA, DevOps, and program stakeholders to deliver integrated testing solutions
- Present test strategies, plans, and results to customers and internal stakeholders with clarity and precision
- Contribute to continuous improvement in testing processes and frameworks
- Bachelor's degree in Science with at least of 5 years of related experience or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience
- Experience with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - software design requirements, application development, integration, testing, and deployment
- Recent development using Python
- Recent experience in software development related to Test Automation
- Experience/Exposure to Test Automated GUI driven tools - Eggplant specifically
- Experience working in an Agile environment using Jira, Confluence, Crucible, Bitbucket, Subversion, Bamboo, Jenkins, Sonarqube, Fortify, or Coverity
- Proven ability to work across product teams to produce program level solutions
- Must be able to work in office, on site
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and prepare and brief presentations to the customer as needed

**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Defines and maintains program level software quality engineering processes, resources, and infrastructure
+ Prepares and presents information at formal review meetings
+ Reviews, comments, and approves software life cycle documents and program products
+ Plans and conducts audits of software engineering processes and associated support functions
+ Participates in configuration management activities
+ Reviews deviations and waivers to the software baseline
+ Improves products and processes and manages risk

Compensation and Benefits

+ Proven ability to implement governance models and drive consistency across project portfolios.
+ Proficiency in Smartsheets, Salesforce, FinancialForce, or similar tools.
+ Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
**Preferred**
+ PMP, PMI-ACP, or similar project management certification.
+ Background in SaaS, enterprise software, or HR tech strongly preferred.
+ Familiarity with integration methods (CSV, XML, API) is a plus - understanding the process without needing to execute it.

**About the role**
The purpose of this position is responsibility for project management services within an assigned geographic market, program or client account to achieve the company's strategic business objectives. Key project delivery focus areas include scope, budget, schedule, quality and risk management.

+ Manages and leads project management staff in the market and ensures detailed staff understanding and implementation of operations, policies, and procedures. Formally leads individual employees and/or subordinate supervisors. Responsible for identifying tracking performance, mentor, training needs, and motivating direct reports and work group.
+ Develops new business growth and maintains existing business relationships. Responsible for business pursuits, integration with other CBRE business lines, and cross-selling our CBRE business.
+ Responsible for accurate, timely, and compliant contract procurement, contract negotiation, contract execution, contract administration, and closeout.
+ Lead constructability reviews, develop risk mitigation and contingency plans, and implement action plans to reduce or eliminate project risks for client and company.

+ Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/Bang/BArch) required from College or University.
+ Minimum of eight years of related dynamic experience and/or training.
+ LEED AP preferred, PMP preferred, CCM preferred.
