+ Conduct root cause analysis and advanced performance tuning for complex business processes and functionality.
+ Use database platform such as Teradata and SQL Server to support Risk Adjustment database.
+ Structure, perform schema copies, analyze user and system data stored in the database, and derive system health checks.

+ Travel required: Less than 5% domestic travel for technical training purpose.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
+ PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering, Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related, or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position, and 4 years of relevant work experience.
+ In addition, experience with the following skills is required: (1) Developing ETL jobs to extract data from heterogeneous sources, applying transformation logics to extracted data, and loading into Data Warehouse Databases or cloud-based application; (2) Using PL/SQL programming to develop stored procedures and functions to support the extract reports by retrieving the data from the data warehousing application or cloud-based application; (3) Developing UNIX shell scripts to automate the processes and perform day-to-day activities; (4) Designing and developing ETL/DB components in an agile environment utilizing a test-driven development approach; and (5) Experience with Teradata, Snowflake, Linux, and Shell Scripting to perform data modeling and data transformation among different platform and system.

DUTIES:
+ Create data pipelines to process the ingested data and perform Audit, Balance, and Control (ABC) and push data to the downstream AWS account using various AWS components such as S3, SNS, DynamoDB, Lambda, and Glue.
+ Establish pipelines to load CDC data into Snowflake and establish connectivity to downstream teams.
+ Establish the code repository using Python, Terraform, and AWS CloudFormation through AWS Code Commit.
+ Create the CI/CD deployment pipelines using AWS Code Deploy and Code Pipeline.
+ Migrate all the IAM from AWS CloudFormation to Terraform Code.
+ Create AWS Code Build jobs for repeatable work such as testing out code changes in GIT branches using the automated pytest testing suite.
+ Establish data pipelines to provide feeds to the Snowflake SQS that is currently being provisioned as the cloud-based Enterprise Data Warehouse.
+ Establish the data ingestion pipelines from the legacy systems into the Enterprise Data Lake using AWS CLI, Coviant, Control M, and AWS SFTP.
+ Create Glue jobs for parquet creation that provide queryable data for data analysts through AWS Athena.
+ Resolve production issues and provide solutions on the fly for time-critical data loads using AWS Console or local Boto3 scripts.
+ Generate reports for the data monitoring of the ingested data and also health check reports for the system using scheduled automated AWS Code Build jobs.
+ Assist in establishing the data pipelines in GitLab for new projects.
+ Assist in migrating the existing code repository from AWS Code commit to GitLab.
+ Mentor the new resources in the team and lead the development efforts of the team.
+ Position reports to Centene headquarters at 7700 Forsyth Boulevard, St. Louis, MO 63105 and various unanticipated worksites throughout the U.S. Telecommuting permitted 100% of the time. No additional national or international travel is anticipated.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
+ PRIMARY REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related, or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position, and 4 years of relevant work experience.
+ In addition, experience with the following skills is required: (1) Building complex systems using object-oriented Python programming; and architecting completely event-driven Python data pipelines using different AWS components including AWS S3, SQS, SNS, EC2, Kinesis, CloudWatch, and DynamoDB; (2) Building out CI/CD pipelines for end-to-end automation of a fast-paced, robust application development environment using AWS Code Commit and AWS Code Deploy; and experience optimizing CI/CD pipelines for faster release times and establishing appropriate business metrics to track success for CI/CD capability; (3) Building out cost-effective and performance-efficient AWS Lambdas for different use cases including meta collection, balance check, file checker, file monitoring, file routing, quota limits, and file validation; and experience orchestrating real-time application health monitoring and generating health reports using AWS Lambda; (4) Designing and implementing ETL processes, including creating mappings and transformations using tools with Informatica, to successfully convert the legacy mappings into AWS data pipelines; (5) Building out applications in Python for different business use cases and deploying them using different AWS components including AWS ECS and AWS ECR; and (6) Setting up AWS data pipelines that load different incremental data feeds seamlessly for different data warehouses including AWS Redshift and Teradata and troubleshoot ad hoc issues using AWS CLI.

PAY RANGE: $146,104.77 to $186,800.00 per year

Job Summary
Provide strategic direction on projects that involve major change initiatives (i.e., process improvements, work redesign). Responsible for preliminary scoping, evaluation and feasibility assessment of enterprise-wide projects. Select and facilitate teams of major stakeholders who possess strategic decision-making responsibilities in their respective organizations.
Major Tasks, Responsibilities And Key Accountabilities
- Manages department needs and day-to-day supervision of project management office associates. Provides leadership, coaching and training. Develops and executes career progression plans for staff. Develops and manages an operating plan and department budget.
- Oversees schedules, budgets and deliverables associated with the design, replacement, upgrade and integration of technology, applications and facilities associated with project execution. This includes working with stakeholders and steering groups to manage risks, identify issues, drive decisions critical to the program's success and communicates key issues and status to stakeholders. Reviews plans and schedules of other participating functions for compliance with the master schedule. Resolves scheduling and inter-functional conflicts.
- Establishes and implements processes, techniques and procedures for project prioritization, project execution, project templates, return on investment calculation and tracking, planning, vendor management, reporting, issue resolution, risk management and budget tracking. Ensures existing methods and/or processes promote effective and efficient operations. Analyzes existing methods to promote effective operations through standardization, improvement, simplification, discontinuance, or other methods.
- Provides high-level research support to include building decision scenarios and providing analysis of financial and organizational implications of recommendations. Provides resource-planning guidelines such as cost estimates, human resource needs, and high-level budget development.
- Oversees the business development process, business analysis, participates in review and sign-off of technical requirements, develops and executes workflows and coordinates overall implementation.
- Minimum 5 years project management experience
- Experience managing large, cross-functional projects.
- BS/BA in related discipline.
- Certification or degree in project management.
