Responsibilities
- Handle Inquiries: Respond to questions and provide detailed information on enrollment requirements, processes, and policies.
- Assess Applications: Review and assess applications to ensure they are completed correctly and include all required supporting materials.
- Data Management: Enter, update, and review data and records to maintain accurate and up-to-date information.
- Provide Guidance: Offer advice and recommendations to applicants and prospective candidates to help them understand our programs and services.
- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing applicant concerns and resolving any enrollment-related issues.
Qualifications
- Educational Background : High school diploma/GED required; a degree in a related field is preferred.
- Experience : Previous experience in enrollment, customer service, or a related field is beneficial.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with applicants and team members.
- Organizational Skills : Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Attention to Detail : High level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure all enrollment processes are completed correctly.
Compensation
$60,000 - $120,000 (Annually)

Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Enrollment Specialist to join our remote call center team. This Enrollment Specialist role is a critical part of our sales support function, where you will play a key part in ensuring accurate benefit verification and documentation. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will work closely with field sales agents to transition point-of-sale calls and provide essential backend support.
Schedule & Location
Remote (must reside in CST/EST states)
Monday Friday with occasional Saturdays
8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM 6:00 PM CST
Must be flexible with hours during peak season (October December)
Responsibilities
Serve as a liaison between field sales and internal systems by supporting sales agents during point-of-sale calls
Handle high call volumes, especially during open enrollment season (call volume doubles or triples during peak months)
Accurately verify member benefits, copays, and billing details
Ensure proper documentation with high attention to detail
Use multiple computer systems and applications to input and retrieve data efficiently
Provide bilingual support if applicable (Spanish or Korean preferred)
Consistently demonstrate empathy and professionalism on every call
Maintain reliable attendance and performance during high-volume periods
Learn and adapt quickly to technology and the job's high-level workflow
Requirements
Job Requirements
Previous call center experience required
Medicare, billing, or copay knowledge strongly preferred
Must be computer savvy and able to navigate multiple systems at once
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to remain calm and accurate under pressure
Bilingual in Spanish or Korean is a strong plus
Ability to work full-time hours and maintain consistent attendance
Previous experience in a sales support or enrollment environment is a plus
