  • We are seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Enterprise Consultant with extensive experience in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain to join our consulting team.
  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in delivering enterprise-level cybersecurity solutions, risk assessments, security strategy, and compliance initiatives tailored to the unique challenges of the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities :
Cybersecurity Strategy & Governance:
  • Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive cybersecurity strategies for BFSI clients, aligned with business goals and industry-specific regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and enforce robust cybersecurity governance frameworks to ensure the protection of sensitive data and assets across the enterprise.

Security Architecture & Solution Design :
  • Collaborate with enterprise IT and security teams to design, deploy, and optimize secure IT architectures that adhere to the latest cybersecurity standards and best practices.
  • Recommend and implement security solutions (e.g., SIEM, DLP, IAM, MFA, Firewalls, Endpoint Protection, and Cloud Security) to safeguard financial data, assets, and critical applications.
  • Evaluate new security technologies and tools, guiding clients on suitable products for enhancing their security posture.
Incident Response & Threat Management :
  • Lead incident response efforts in the event of a cybersecurity breach or attack, managing identification, containment, eradication, and recovery processes.
  • Develop, test, and refine incident response plans for BFSI clients, ensuring that all critical financial systems are properly protected against evolving cyber threats.
  • Provide advanced threat intelligence and ensure that appropriate detection and response mechanisms are in place to identify and mitigate threats in real-time.
Security Awareness & Training :
  • Develop and deliver training programs to clients' employees, fostering awareness of cybersecurity risks, compliance requirements, and best practices within the BFSI sector.
  • Promote security awareness throughout the organization, ensuring that all levels of staff understand their roles in protecting sensitive financial information.
Stakeholder Management & Consulting :
  • ct as the main point of contact for client executives, senior leadership, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives.

  • Ensure the protection of sensitive data and applications in the cloud, using best practices for cloud security, including identity management, data encryption, and access control.
Continuous Improvement :
  • Monitor the latest trends, threats, and innovations in the cybersecurity landscape, advising clients on new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance security.
  • Drive continuous improvement in cybersecurity practices and risk management for BFSI clients, adapting strategies to changing threat landscapes.
Required Qualifications :
Experience :
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, with a focus on enterprise security solutions, risk management, and compliance.
  • Proven track record of working with BFSI clients and a strong understanding of the unique cybersecurity challenges faced by financial institutions.
  • Experience working with key security technologies and frameworks, including SIEM, IAM, MFA, DLP, Firewalls, Endpoint Protection, and Cloud Security.
Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge :
  • In-depth knowledge of BFSI industry regulations and frameworks such as PCI-DSS, GDPR, SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, and FISMA.
  • Experience in conducting audits and ensuring compliance with these regulations.
Technical Expertise :
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity best practices for data protection, network security, threat management, and vulnerability assessment.

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic product owner supporting MDM & Customer 360 data products to lead the design, delivery, and governance of high-impact data products that drive customer mastering and customer analytics across the bank. This role will lead an Agile squad in building scalable, secure, and reusable data assets to support reporting, analytics, regulatory compliance, and operational decision-making for the customer 360 domain. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in Master data management, enterprise data platforms, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. This product owner will bring data product thinking, ensure alignment with risk and compliance standards, and foster a culture of data quality and innovation. Strong knowledge of financial services, customer data usage, regulatory data requirements, and modern data technologies is essential. This role reports into the Corporate Data Functions area supporting MDM and Customer 360 .

Responsibilities
  • Data Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of scalable, high-value enterprise data products by driving agile-based execution, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholders' alignment. Will be responsible for building roadmaps , backlog management and overall delivery.
  • Data Leadership & Technical Expertise: Lead cross-functional squads including data engineers, analysts, and domain SMEs to deliver high-quality, governed, and reusable data assets on modern platforms.
  • Business Partnership and Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships across Technology and the business taking the time to understand specific needs of the business and aligning technology strategy with organizational objectives.
  • Data Product Evangelist: Fostering a culture of data ownership, literacy, and measurable value through consistent stakeholders' engagement and delivery of consumable data services.
  • Data Governance: Partner with data governance team to ensure data quality, lineage, and metadata integration are embedded into every data product, supporting traceability, discoverability, and compliance with enterprise governance policies.
  • Risk Management: Proactively identify, assesses, and mitigate data delivery and usage risks, ensuring adherence to internal controls, data privacy regulations and enterprise risk management frameworks.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 10 years of experience in MDM or Customer Analytics including Enterprise Data Warehouse OR High School Diploma or GED and 14 years of experience in Customer Analytics including Enterprise Data Warehouse

  • 10+ years of experience in data product management and enterprise data delivery within banking, financial services or regulated industries.
  • Proven track record of leading agile data product delivery across cross-functional teams using frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban
  • Strong knowledge on data governance, data quality, and metadata management principles aligned to regulatory and risk/compliance standards.
  • Deep understanding of data platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM( SaaS, OnPrem), Snowflake, AWS, DBT, Data Warehouse, Marts etc.) and hands-on experience delivering scalable, governed data solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven ability to mentor teams, influence senior leadership, and foster a culture of data literacy and accountability.
  • Excellent domain knowledge on KYC and other onboarding processes as it pertains to customer mastering
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with thoroughness and attention to detail is desired.
  • Action oriented change agent mentality with a strong drive for results.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; certifications in Agile, SAFe, or data management preferred.

Primary day-to-day responsibilities - Analyst

Preferred qualifications

+ Discover and translate customers' strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases
+ Build demos and business cases, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices in order to win new customers
+ Undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects and communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives
**Realize Value**
+ Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement

**The qualifications you need:**
+ **Live for Customer Value:** Experience in an analytical role with the objective to demonstrate or secure value through business data analysis, business process improvement and/or respective Software deployment. Ideally in a customer-facing role with a Consultancy or Business Software / SaaS Provider. Alternatively in an Inhouse role (e.g. Center of Excellence for Data Mining / Analytics / Intelligence) within an Enterprise.
+ **High-Tech Industry Expertise:** Demonstrated success in helping high-tech clients transform their operational efficiency, product development processes, and digital transformation strategies using advanced data analytics. Awareness of industry trends and challenges.
