The **Enterprise Content Management Analyst/Developer** provides Technology Delivery expertise across the organization for the Enterprise Content Management space, in alignment with the Project Lifecycle (PLC). The role is also accountable for end-to-end technology product delivery and execution across all impacted technology areas, including design, development, testing & deployment and where possible, leveraging testing automation and continuous integration/deployment.
**Development Expertise**
+ Provide technology delivery technology expertise on initiatives, working in partnership with business owners, project managers, and technical leads.
+ Designs and Builds technical solutions from business requirements. Work in solution design, build, technical analysis, quality assurance, and release management, across the program/project
+ Engages appropriate technology stakeholders to identify and drive required outcomes through effective stakeholder management.
**Vendor Management**
+ Collaborate with technology and software vendors and third-party vendors and collaborate on creating Statements of Works with a focus on performance, quality and cost management as it relates to assigned project/workstream
+ Provide reporting on projects
+ Hold vendors accountable for on-time deliverables
**Application Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for the execution of the technology strategy while anticipating and prioritizing the impediments and technology risks
+ Identifies, analyzes, and drives resolution of project risks and issues, working through the project structure, and reporting relationships in the Technology organization. Ensures issues are captured in post implementation reviews, to avoid recurrence
+ Establishes a plan for all technology deployment(s) and works with IT staff across projects to align with the integrated plan
+ Responsible for the consideration of future production support implications with a cost-effective design and quality solution, inclusive of application resiliency and availability
+ Works with business leaders associated with assigned project or workstream as needed to confirm the solutions are functionality aligned with the product vision and that solution is fit-for-purpose.
+ Accountable to the delivery lead to provide input and advice on all tech aspects of the assigned project/workstream
+ Accountable for providing technology estimates
+ Responsible for hands-on involvement in development duties
+ Responsible for all aspects of supported systems including requirements, designs, data flows, integrations, project proposals, security, and stability
+ Responsible for proactive monitoring of systems
+ Responsible for the design of systems and functionality and/or the delegation and oversight of designs
+ Responsible for code quality of ongoing work including code reviews, code analysis, performance monitoring, and oversight of testers/test processes
+ Provide reporting on the status of applications, projects, and teams
+ Responsible for the coordination of system changes across other groups within UniFirst including development, BRM, infrastructure, project management, and business users
+ Deep understanding of source control, environment management, integrations, security best practices
**Qualifications**
**Requirements** :
+ Bachelor's Degree in computer science or management information systems related field
+ 5+ years of progressively senior experience in technology design, development, and delivery with significant experience in the enterprise content management space
+ Project delivery using formal methodologies
+ Strong facilitation, communication and presentation skills with tech and business audiences
+ Familiarity with common Customer Relationship, Billing, Product Management, Procurement, Account Management systems.
+ Leadership of others, in formal and/or informal organization lines
+ Experience in app development/integration
+ Resource and project management experience highly preferred
+ Technical expertise includes, but not limited to: Hyland OnBase, Kofax, KTM, SharePoint, PeopleSoft HCM and Financials
+ Strong relationship building, influence skills and ability to productively interact with all levels of leadership

- Identify and suggest changes needed for FDA QMSR (IS-13485 adoption).
- Identify and suggest changes to other documents needed to align with changes to subject document.
- Coordinate final review of redlined/revised document.
- Accept changes to generate clean copy.
- Submit document for approval.
- Assist in creating a Preventive Maintenance (PM) database in Intelex for all the Shop equipment and AMF equipment.
- Coordinate with the Shop and AMF personnel t-create a master list of equipment t-be on PM.
- Create a PM schedule and input all the equipment into the Intelex maintenance module with inputs from Shop and AMF personnel.
- Assist in implementing the improvements to the QMS documents noted in the QMS Continuous Improvements Record.
- Review the Continuous Improvement Record and facilitate review of the noted documents.
- Coordinate final review of redlined/revised document.
- Accept changes to generate clean copy.
- Submit document for approval.
- Perform EPDM Folder Review.
- Review the revision status of all the Quality Systems Regulations (QSR) documents.
- Documents with status as under revision or under review (A.xx, e.g.) shall be investigated to determine the steps needed to complete the revision with the help of the QE or document owner.
- Documents with revision noted as Preliminary documents (Pm.xx) shall be investigated to determine if they need to be released or if they should remain archived with the help of the QE or document owner.
- Identify and repair documents with broken PDM macros.
- Complete the actions from the above steps and submit the documents for approval or archive them.
Other Duties: - Assist in creating simple forms/templates for the QSR.

- They need to have good enough written English language skills to incorporate redline document changes sensibly.

In this role, you'll be the unsung hero behind the scenes, expertly managing the flow of incoming and outgoing medical records. Responsibilities include:
Prepare, print, sort, scan, process and maintain electronic and/or hard copies of charts, medical report forms or company documents.
For medical reports:
Will gather and organize examinee charts for examinations and/or deposition purposes. Finalize completed charts by confirming all records are included and consolidate charts in proper order. Ensure no duplicates or unnecessary documents are stored.
Prepare and ship records to physicians utilizing appropriate mailing sources (USPS, UPS, or Electronic) within required timeframes and in accordance with client instructions.
Perform clerical duties such as typing, filing, emailing, and proofreading as required. May be responsible for mail duties.
Promote effective and efficient utilization of all company supplies and resources.
Protect examinee rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information at all times and in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum one-year clerical experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a medical office or insurance industry preferred.
- Must possess complete knowledge of general computer, fax, copier, scanner, and telephone
- Must be knowledgeable of multiple software programs, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and the Internet.
- Must have a full understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance.
- Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness.
- Must demonstrate exceptional communication skills by conveying necessary information accurately, listening effectively and asking questions where clarification is needed.
- Must be able to work independently, prioritize work activities and use time efficiently.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
