Enterprise Content Management (ECM) Analyst is a position within the SAP Customer Engagement team, and this position will be key to our Digital Channel Operation & Product Marketing space. You’ll work with our business collaborators and other partners to implement new solutions.

Description
The successful candidate will work closely with cross functional business and technical teams delivering complex projects in Apple’s fast-paced environment. The role includes responsibility for all aspects of the project including:
Partner with business and identify opportunities to streamline master data flows and execute initiatives that refine processes and systems involved.
Be a member of the team that designs and implements new applications, improve existing application features, while adding performance and software quality metrics.
End to end Solution architecture for Enterprise content management applications
Develop prototypes and conduct POCs to demonstrate new ideas or illustrate the new features to business stakeholders.
Review of business requirements, evolve solutions, engaging business throughout the solution implementation and provide functional, technical leadership and advice as needed.
Work with digital strategists, product managers, operations and development teams to build systems and enrich digital content.
Work with business stakeholders to understand content, product data management needs and translate them into technical requirements for the system design, development and & Integrations.
Writing functional specifications and working with technical teams on the development and functional acceptance testing
Presenting the solution for design reviews and business playbacks.
Supporting technical teams in designing and executing performance tests.
Ensuring adequate test cycles are defined and executed to support production launch.
Identify opportunities for process optimization, recommend enhancements and new features, gather feedback from business users
Minimum Qualifications
-
2 years experience with Enterprise Content Solution Design and Implementation.

2 years experience with integration of Enterprise content systems with SAP systems
-
2 years experience with building and maintaining process flow and technical documentations in ECM space.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field or equivalent years of work experience.
Preferred Qualifications

5 years experience with Data Modeling, Data Quality management and Data Governance principles in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) space.

5 years experience in designing and building applications on SAP NetWeaver & SAP BTP Platforms.

The Document Management Assistant is responsible for receiving, processing, and filing a multitude of document types and requests for the Consumer/Participant run programs. Assure ongoing compliance with Tempus quality and FI contract requirements. Assist in interdepartmental communications in regards to document receipt and processing.
Essential Functions
- Print, Separate, Review, and Distribute incoming documents, via fax and daily mail
- Process Consumer & PCA Requests and Updates
- Process Change Form & Supply Requests
- Process bi-annual Consumer & PCA Contact Forms and Address Changes
- Review & Process e-mails and faxes
- Review & Process miscellaneous requests, including Wage Reports, Employment Verifications and Social Security Wage Verifications
- Research & Process issues via in-house Communications tool
- Perform Quality Control on PCA Address Changes
