Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of enterprise account executives to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate key enterprise accounts and expand market share.
- Foster strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within target organizations.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, product managers, and marketing to deliver tailored solutions.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Drive a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement within the sales team.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role.
- Proven success selling complex cloud solutions, preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Demonstrated ability to build and manage successful sales teams and exceed quotas.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and sales forecasting.
- Strategic thinker with a strong business acumen.
