- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Basic mechanical reasoning skills
- Basic reading (comprehension) and math skills (counting, addition and subtraction)
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and readily adapt to change

We have immediate openings for Production Trainees. The Production Trainee position is an hourly entry level manufacturing job and can be placed in any one of our major departments: Forge, Heat Treat, Coating and Conditioning, etc.

Candidates will perform a variety of tasks including the following: setting up the presses, assisting with die changes, manually moving product in and out of the furnace, checking temperatures, operating equipment for machining and inspections, operating hand tools, grinding parts, coating parts, and other related general manufacturing work.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must have the flexibility to rotate in different positions throughout the plant
  • Candidates MUST be able to work any shift
  • Subject to preemployment contingencies: drug test, physical, and background check
