Responsibilities:

Applicants must have 1) at least two (2) years civil litigation experience; 2) superior writing and oral argument skills; 3) familiarity with or a willingness to learn about bedrock environmental laws, such as CERCLA; and 4) be admitted to the California Bar. Geology or hydrogeology background a plus. Trial, class action, toxic tort, and/or environmental regulatory agency experience also a plus. Responsibilities:
