Position Summary

The Safety & Compliance Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the organization adheres to regulatory, safety, and operational standards. Primary Responsibilities

Building Safety
  • Conduct regular facility walkthroughs to identify and mitigate potential safety hazards.

  • Lead efforts to implement and maintain emergency response plans, including evacuation drills and incident reporting procedures.

Desired Skills and Experience
  • Experience with Highly Accelerated Life Testing (HALT), environmental, and vibration testing methods.
  • Direct experience with lab testing for UL, CE, and ETL certifications and compliance to ASME A17.5 and ASME A18.1 standards.
  • Working knowledge of product compliance and certification processes with agencies such as UL, ETL, TUV, CSA, and external labs.
  • Experience in FDA medical device compliance is a plus.

Pay Range: $100,000-$150,000 - Commensurate with experience
