This is a unique opportunity to work in a collegial and entrepreneurial environment on complex regulatory and transactional matters affecting major industries and properties across the state and nation.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Extensive experience advising clients on environmental regulatory and administrative enforcement matters , including:
CERCLA
RCRA
Clean Air Act
Clean Water Act
Related California environmental statutes
Proven track record managing environmental due diligence , investigations, and transactions involving contaminated property , including site acquisition, redevelopment, and sale.
Excellent research, analytical, interpersonal, writing, and presentation skills with the ability to advise clients clearly and effectively.
Demonstrates energy, enthusiasm , and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented practice.
A consistent record of academic excellence .
Must be admitted to the State Bar of California .
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this full-time role is $315,000 to $345,000 per year.
Actual salary will depend upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, job-related skills, and qualifications.

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
