Provide services and support as a Environmental Remediation Services (ERS) (Regulatory Specialist) in the Environmental Management Industry Sector focusing on Environmental Services Solutions for clients such as Department of Defense (DoD - USACE) | U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Northwestern Division, Omaha District (USACE NWO) Area of Responsibility (AOR) Generally Located In CONUS - Ten (10) States: Colorado, Iowa, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming and across the Mid West Region.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Regulatory Specialist | Environmental Management (USACE )
Ensure project compliance with environmental regulations; prepare documentation; liaise with regulatory agencies. The Regulatory Specialist is responsible for assuring regulatory compliance is achieved for all environmental-related activities in the task order. The project Regulatory Specialist must have professional knowledge of , a thorough understanding of, and applied practical experience of environmental regulations with respect to Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA), the Hazardous Materials Conservation Act, the Superfund Amendments & Reauthorization Act (SARA), the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA), the Clean Air Act, the Clean Water Act, etc., and implementing federal, state, and local regulations and their application to the projects.

HGL is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Mid-Level Environmental Data Management Specialist with at least 6 years of experience supporting environmental data management and project execution. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated expertise with commercial environmental data management systems such as Locus EIM, EQuIS, and/or EnviroData, and some experience with data transformation using SQL, Access, Power Query, or Python. Responsibilities/Duties

- Manage, process, and organize environmental data collected from field investigations and laboratory analyses.
- Load and transform data using Locus EIM, EQuIS, EnviroData, or similar platforms.
- Assist in development and execution of SQL queries to manipulate, clean, or migrate environmental data.
- Support the conversion and formatting of Electronic Data Deliverables (EDDs) from laboratories and subcontractors.
- Conduct data quality reviews, applying standard QA/QC procedures.
- Prepare and submit data deliverables to regulatory databases, including, but not limited to, EPA (EQuIS/Scribe), Navy (NIRIS), California (GeoTracker), and Air Force (ERPIMS).

The department of Crop, Soil, and Environmental Sciences at Auburn University is seeking a candidate for the position of Post-Doctoral Fellow. This is a benefits eligible, non-tenure track position. The individual selected for this position will work in environmental nutrient management with a focus on understanding nutrient mineralization of animal manures, as well as their fate and transport in the environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

The minimum qualifications include an earned Ph.D. from an accredited institution in Soil Science, Agronomy, Soil Microbiology, Soil Chemistry, or a closely related field by the expected position start date. Environmental Properties Management LLC (EPM), solely as the Trustee of the Cimarron Environmental Response Trust (CERT), is seeking a qualified and experienced environmental remediation professional to serve as Project Manager (PM) for the remediation of groundwater at the former Cimarron Facility located 10 miles west of Guthrie, OK. This full-time position will be located at the remedial groundwater treatment facility to be constructed at the CERT project site. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of all groundwater remediation and site decommissioning activities.
The Remediation PM will be responsible for the overall management and execution of groundwater remediation and decommissioning of the CERT site and will assist the EPM Trust Administrator in executing administrative duties associated with the CERT. This includes managing the construction and operation of the proposed groundwater remediation system (comprised of groundwater extraction, treatment and reinjection systems), implementing safety and quality assurance programs, maintaining regulatory compliance, tracking and actively managing project budgets and schedules, managing contractors, preparing project correspondence and deliverables, leading meeting with CERT members and stakeholders, and serving on the As Low As Reasonably Achievable (ALARA) Committee. The role also involves hands-on operation and maintenance of the remediation system.
+ Managing the general contractor constructing the groundwater remediation system.
+ Managing the operation and maintenance of the groundwater remediation system (comprised of groundwater extraction, treatment and reinjection systems) once constructed
+ Ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements (Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and Oklahoma regulations).
+ Overseeing implementation and maintenance of comprehensive radiation safety, safety & health, and quality assurance programs.
+ Retaining and managing contractors/consultants and ensuring they possess the qualifications and experience to comply with site-specific programs (radiation protection, quality assurance, safety & health).
+ Actively participate as a permanent ALARA Committee member. Review and approve ALARA plans and procedures.
+ Preparing detailed scopes of work, cost estimates, and budgets for all project activities.

**Qualifications**
