**Overview**
Kimley-Horn is looking for an Environmental Science graduate with 3+ years of experience to join our **Columbus, Ohio (OH)** office! This is not a remote position.
**Responsibilities**
+ Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to produce our clients' visions for the future built environment.
+ Develop familiarity with the federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley-Horn's and our client's practices, procedures, and standards.

**Qualifications**

+ Possess strong technical writing skills and have knowledge writing detailed technical reports

The Staff Environmental Scientist will work with the office's Natural & Cultural Resources group in our Environmental Services Global Practice to perform the following duties:

+ Compile and analyze field data to compose technical reports presenting results from field investigations and develop appropriate applications/consultations necessary for various regulatory approvals.

**Qualifications**

+ Demonstrated knowledge of wetlands and aquatic resources, Section 404, 401 and Section 10 permitting required.
