The Resource Management Senior works with the Resource Management team to plan and implement our people strategy, manage staff utilization, coordinate staff schedules, resolve conflicts and deploy people. **Responsibilities:**
+ Strategically assign staff to projects with a focus on client needs and professional development to effectively leverage all resources
+ Effectively troubleshoot and resolve intermediate scheduling conflicts and escalate as necessary
+ Proactively collaborate with client service teams to improve utilization by creatively filling open time, creating capacity and/or anticipating availability
+ Act as change agent for the scheduling process and continually recommend process improvements
+ Develop relationships with staff to understand their goals and areas of development to align with client needs and engagements
+ Communicate and collaborate across locations to share staff resources and best practices
+ Compile and analyze reports such as scheduled hours vs budget, utilization, and projections to help manage our business
+ Identify trends and communicate issues in talent management such as skill gaps, demand for new skill sets, potential training needs and other needs to increase staff effectiveness
+ Partner with HR and leadership to address performance issues and career development of staff at all levels

**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; emphasis in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred
+ Minimum of 3 years of related experience required; experience in project management or resource management a professional services industry preferred

The **Director, Resource Management** (DRM) is a key liaison across multiple functions in Global Development (GD) providing comprehensive resource management and strategic workforce planning for GD functions with respect to current programs as well as supporting the future planning portfolio. The DRM will supervise and coach two resource managers on the team. To be successful, the DRM will need to have an in-depth understanding of pharmaceutical development, GD functional roles, responsibilities and work effort. The DRM will be confident in producing ad-hoc scenarios to support business development and alternative development pathways. The DRM will promote the adherence to RM processes and the delivery of high-quality resource planning, capacity management, tracking, and forecasting of functional resources.
**In a typical day, you will:**
+ Serve as the key interface and point of contact between Resource Management (RM) and partner functions (i.e. resource liaisons) for the review and assessment of functional resource strategies including the assessment of available resources against requirements and confirmation of resource plans with functional leadership.
+ Work with partner functions to ensure that study, project, and program assumptions are current and resource utilization is optimized.
+ Partners with applicable functions to design, develop, implement, and update algorithms in the RM tool used in resource demand forecasts.
+ Direct other RMs assigned to additional functional areas to ensure cross-functional consistency for resource and headcount management.
+ Assist partner functions with capacity management providing support for annual headcount planning and ensuring data quality for the quarterly budget reforecast activities.

+ Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Resource Management and Global Development Resource Capacity Planning for assets, programs, and studies.

+ Work with the Data Analytics (DA) team to design reports to help identify trends and develop metrics and analytics around resourcing and to develop functional and portfolio resourcing benchmarks and metrics

DMS is currently seeking an Functional Analyst (Information Management) . The Functional Analyst will provide IT technical support in the resource management area to the Information Management (IM) Directorate (N6), functions as one of the command's Information Systems Security Officers (ISSO) and supports the Navy and Marine Corps Internet (NMCI) and the secure, cloud-based environment Flank Speed. The Functional Analyst works closely with government civilians within the N6 Directorate and with contractor, military and government civilians assigned to the CENSECFOR Headquarters staff and to CENSECFOR learning detachments and activities.
The Functional Analyst must be familiar with applicable Navy rules, regulations, and other requirements as listed in the contract's Performance Work Statement (PWS) and may be required to attend in-service training which is designed to update contractor personnel on Government rules, regulations, and other requirements.
The Functional Analyst must:

Obtain a suitable evaluation for mandatory drug screenings.

- Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Information Assurance (IA) technology or related field.
