The successful candidate will hold a current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe and Powerplant Certification, possess an understanding of aircraft computer maintenance record keeping systems and have at least one year of experience as a certified mechanic. This position reports to the Manager, Aircraft Maintenance Control.
**Essential Duties:**
+ Coordinate maintenance discrepancies and corrections on all operational aircraft
+ Monitor all line station mechanical problems
+ Reduce and hold maintenance recovery time to a minimum
+ Monitor aircraft availability
+ Coordinate equipment changes with Maintenance and Dispatch
+ Provide technical assistance to all Maintenance personnel

**Job Qualifications and Competencies:**

+ The Maintenance Supervisor shall have an in-depth working knowledge of the CNAFINST 4790.2 Series and all applicable T/M/S technical publications which apply to applicable T/M/S specific aircraft as well have a working knowledge of the Special Inspections, Technical Directives, Aircraft Configuration requirements for flight operations.
+ Must have a complete understanding of the requirements to Release Aircraft Safe for Flight, monitor maintenance SCIR documentation via the NALCOMIS/OOMA system, review Aircraft Weight and Balance forms for accuracy, direct scheduled/unscheduled maintenance actions to meet operational tasking identified by the government/flight schedule, ensure brief to aircrew prior to Functional Check Flights (FCF), review aircrew documentation of aircraft FCF performance, authorize cannibalization, coordinate Depot Level Inspection/Repair actions, assign workload priorities, manage awaiting maintenance and material status, manage T/M/S Aircraft configuration, screen, liaison with Quality Assurance, notify Govt. Oversight QARs of all Flight Critical, Safety of Flight, and mandatory QA inspections, monitor high time components, establish supply priorities, and coordinate work center maintenance tasking to meet daily Flight Schedule and Ground Test Requirements.
+ Ensures that the maintenance performed conforms to requirements, manufacturers' specifications, company policy, or acceptable standards recognized by the Navy. Ensures work areas are maintained in a neat and orderly manner and that all safety rules and regulations are observed.
+ Provide direct supervision, leadership, and management of the day-to-day operations of assigned work groups. Supervises and schedules personnel so they efficiently and effectively meet work requirements to protect against costly duplication of labor. Ensures employees use proper procedures, methods, and practices in the performance of their duties.
+ Performs any other maintenance duties or Supervisory functions that may be identified by senior management as appropriate.
+ Position regularly requires standing, walking, use of hands and fingers to handle, grip, or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, and to talk or hear. + Performs all work activities in accordance with established laws, regulations, standards, safety protocols, and procedures to ensure safety of self and others.

**POSITION PURPOSE**
Performs preventive maintenance, repair, modifications and other maintenance of aircraft, components and related equipment in accordance with standards and regulations.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**

+ Performs preventive maintenance, repair, modifications and other maintenance of aircraft, components and related equipment and complies with 14 CFR, manufactures specifications, the GMM, Company policy and procedures as well as other methods accepted by the FAA and OSHA when accomplishing maintenance.
+ Performs maintenance mechanic duties in all areas inside and outside the hangar as well as at the airport terminal.
+ Troubleshoots all aircraft systems. Executes maintenance work orders.
+ Uses tools, equipment and test apparatus necessary to assure completion of the work in accordance with accepted industry practices. Verifies that all calibrated tooling is current on its calibration before use. Verifies materials and parts used are of a serviceable condition.
+ Verifies that each part or component is effective for the aircraft on which it will be installed.
+ Adheres to material handling and control procedures specified in GMM and by the equipment manufacturers. Initiates material requests.
+ Evaluates the area and equipment that will be utilized to ensure that safety is not compromised before performing any maintenance action. Applies safety first at all times.
+ Maintains a clean, safe working environment throughout the work shift.
+ Updates Supervisor on progress of work performed. Reviews paperwork at the end of shift to ensure that all work accomplished is signed for prior to departing the maintenance facility. Assists with completion of shift turnover reports in accordance with procedures in the GMM.
+ Completes all department internal company forms, maintenance records, documents, work orders, etc. including performing maintenance computer system transactions as required (MEL, DMI).
+ Provides coaching and on-the-job training as directed.
+ Adheres to established work schedule. Participates in shift meetings and briefings as required.
+ Submits in writing any suggested changes in operational procedures that will enhance safety and cost effective aircraft maintenance.
+ Accesses Company Intranet to become familiar with and utilize the GMM and aircraft manuals. Ensures part effectivity is correct per aircraft.
+ Adheres to recurrent training, including required FAA AMT training, and keeps necessary licenses and certification up-to-date.
+ Reads and acknowledges understanding of maintenance newsletters and Company Emails on a timely basis.
+ Performs other duties as assigned or required.
**REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE.
+ High school diploma or equivalent with an FAA Airframe and Powerplant license.
PREFERRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Previous experience as an A&P mechanic or airline experience.
Experience using a computer to look up information and input data.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
+ Possess a stable employment history.
+ Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
+ Must possess the required tools.
+ Able to work both in a team setting and individually.
REGULATORY
+ Able to pass an FAA required 10 year work history review and pass criminal background and fingerprint checks.
+ Willing to submit to and pass FAA and Company mandated random drug and alcohol tests.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively and be understood before groups of associates of the organization.

Position Responsibilities: 
+ The Aircraft Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of Reyes Holdings, LLC aircraft by conducting inspections, maintenance, and repairs in compliance with Federal Air Regulations and aircraft manufacturers' directives and bulletins as a member of the Reyes Holdings Global Flight Operations aviation team
+ Perform and document inspections, aircraft repair per standard, routine maintenance (all systems, including avionics)
+ Respond to reported defects, troubleshooting, pre and post flight inspections
+ Responsible for aircraft towing, fueling, de-fueling and ensuring that the aircraft's appearance and cleanliness is kept at a very high level
+ Aircraft Technicians are expected to operate independently in the execution of all work in accordance with FAA and company policy; this includes rigorous attention to detail and 100% compliance to all documentation requirements
+ Responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the hanger, shops, tools, specialty equipment, etc. and ensuring that the passenger's automobiles are clean upon their arrival
+ Other duties as assigned
Required Education and Experience: 
+ High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 3 plus years of practical, hands-on experience as an aircraft technician
+ Possess a valid FAA Airframe and Power plant license
+ Valid driver's license
+ FAA A&P license
