We are a family-owned McDonald's franchise looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and results-driven multi-unit Restaurant Area Supervisor.
The Hill-Holliday Organization owns and operates 12 McDonald's Locations throughout the greater Philadelphia Metropolitan Area. Job Description:
The Area Supervisor will work with General Managers of anywhere from 3 - 5 restaurants to achieve exceptional operational results by upholding McDonald's brand standards of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value (QSC&V); all while working together to create a fun atmosphere in restaurants.
Ideal candidates should have previous Supervisory experience running high performing locations. A background in quick service restaurants is strongly desired, or experience in hospitality or retail.
Seeking an Area Supervisor that can:
+ Provide effective leadership, coaching, direction, staff development, and enhance restaurant operations to maximize the long-term growth of sales, guest counts, and profit of each restaurant assigned.
+ Consistently demonstrate McDonald's values and leadership behaviors to build positive business relationships & experience with guests, the Restaurant Leadership Team and Crew, and peers.
+ Lead and grow team of General Managers to uphold McDonald's standards of Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value (QSC&V).
+ Consistently achieve local Health Department standards for each location
+ Work with the General Managers to meet and exceed Operational & Profit targets.
+ Ensure that the financial performance of the restaurants meets or exceed the performance of the top 25% of comparable restaurants (McDonald's restaurant norms).
+ Travel regularly to assigned restaurants to support your restaurant teams.
+ Actively engage with Org. Leadership (ex. Director of Operations) to improve restaurant operations.
+ Uphold and ensure standards of Safety and Security for Staff, Guest, the restaurant, and assets.
+ Complete monthly cash and security audits and execute necessary remediation.
+ Identify, report, and maintain, equipment to provide quality products and service.
+ Conduct performance reviews and goal setting with General Managers while ensuring they do the same for their management teams and crew.
+ Identify opportunities for improvement of restaurant operations.
+ Ensure proper staffing levels and a positive culture that improves retention and desires for career growth.
+ Assist GMs with hiring and development of Shift and Department Leaders
+ Execute new products and initiatives at an exceptional level.
+ Complete internal graded Operations Reviews on restaurants.

+ Ability to complete training process including attending Hamburger University (Non-McDonald's experience candidates)
+ Accurate, consistent evaluator that relies on measurable facts and observations- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep organized
+ Effective time management skills to keep up with demanding and ever-changing priorities.
+ Quick learner capable of developing both a broad understanding of all Restaurant systems and deep expertise in certain areas
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build amicable relationships with peers and restaurant teams.

Preferred Qualifications
+ McDonald's, QSR Restaurant, or Hospitality experience at the multi-unit Supervisor level or above

**General Summary**
Provides individual, group and/or family therapy. Provides preadmission screening to determine appropriateness for admission. Interviews patients and/or families to obtain psycho-social histories. Collaborates with the treatment team to develop a treatment plan and coordinates discharge planning.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Conducts individual or group therapy sessions. Assesses patients' progress and modifies or extends treatment program accordingly.
+ Provides therapeutic intervention with patient and family including individual, marital, parental, family and group therapies.
+ Interviews patients and family members to obtain information about home environment, family relationships, health history, and patient's personality traits.
+ Documents current, accurate observations of care to the patient in appropriate records.
+ Coordinates care of assigned patients.
+ Assists in the implementation of education and training experience for interns and other designated students.
+ Prepares and maintains written documentation as required by the profession and the department.
**Common Expectations:**
+ Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span of the assigned patient population. Assesses and interprets patient age specific data and provides appropriate, age specific treatment. Provides direct patient care to assigned patient age group(s).
+ Demonstrates a commitment to patient, visitor and staff by: complying with all applicable safety regulations; learning the impact of medical errors and methodology that will lead to reduction of errors; reporting actual and potential errors, as well as hazardous conditions; identifying opportunities to standardize processes and "error proof" systems that will lead to increased safety; and participating in safety education programs and root cause analyses as required.
+ Maintains established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessment, safety, environmental and infection control standards.
+ Enhances professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in-service meetings, and workshops.
+ Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.
