NetSuite EPM Consultant
Vursor is looking to hire a NetSuite Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant to support the implementation and advisory needs of our clients across the entire Oracle NetSuite EPM suite, including Planning & Budgeting (NSPB), Account Reconciliation (NSAR), and Financial Close & Consolidation (FCC). This role is ideal for someone passionate about helping clients modernize their financial planning, reconciliation, and close processes using Oracle’s cloud-native tools.
Role Overview
This role will manage and coordinate EPM projects, execute implementation plans, and configure reporting, workflows, and dashboards across NSPB, NSAR, and FCC. The consultant is responsible for the full product lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design through implementation, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of NetSuite EPM modules (NSPB, NSAR, FCC) aligned with clients' strategic goals and operational needs.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions with clients to define technical and functional requirements for planning, reconciliation, and close processes.
- Design and configure financial models, forecast templates, consolidation rules, intercompany eliminations, and reconciliation templates.
- Develop custom dashboards, workflows, and reports within NSPB and FCC to support visibility and decision-making.
- Coordinate the integration of EPM modules with NetSuite ERP, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Support month-end and year-end close cycles by configuring and testing FCC workflows, journal entries, and validation rules.
- Assist clients in automating account reconciliation processes using NSAR, including rule setup, exception management, and compliance reporting.
- Troubleshoot issues during design and configuration; provide resolution guidance during user testing and post-go-live phases.
- Deliver end-user training and post-implementation support to optimize user adoption and ROI across the EPM suite.
- Support the pre-sales cycle by participating in discovery calls, scoping client needs, and preparing level-of-effort estimates for EPM-related engagements.
Key Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as an EPM Consultant ideally with NetSuite EPM.
- Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: NetSuite Planning & Budgeting (NSPB), NetSuite Account Reconciliation (NSAR), Financial Close & Consolidation (FCC).
- Strong understanding of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, account reconciliation, and period-end close.
- Ability to translate business processes into configuration-driven EPM solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience working with large datasets.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work directly with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Compensation
The compensation listed is OTE, which includes base salary and utilization bonus.
