Position SummaryAs an Integration Technician, you will work in an environment where you will install and configure operating room integration systems. In this role, you will be required to interpret project documents (Proposals, Port Maps, Wiring Diagrams, Infrastructure Drawings, etc.), use various hand tools to install equipment including terminating cables, use various test equipment to ensure that systems are installed and energized correctly, and verify all final system configuration with hospital networks. This is a high travel/commute role with significant driving and likely overnight stays.
What does travel look like?
You will be required to travel to various installation sites across the country via company vehicle or via air travel. Travel is typically booked 1-3 weeks in advance for project planning purposes. Your travel will be extensive. This will include day trips, overnight trips, up to a week at a time. Your typical hours will vary depending on customer needs. Overtime is common in this position but not guaranteed.

Help install operating room integration systems. This includes physical placement of equipment, installation, termination and interconnection of all cables, downloading and configuration of software; and testing of all functions per test documentation as required. This Position will typically work under the direction of Integration Specialist (I or II) or Integration Project Manager.
Support project installations under the supervision of the Integration Specialists (I or II) with oversight of Integration Project Manager (This position operates with limited direct supervision). Basic duties include installation, testing, and demonstration of integration systems.
Provide verbal and written progress reports to the installation leader/project manager.
Perform administrative duties in a timely manner including checklists, Siebel entry, expense reporting, time entry, and others as required.
Maintains courteous and professional demeanor when working with customers, contractors, management, and fellow employees. Utilize customer protocols when entering and exiting facilities and abide by all STERIS and Customer Health & Safety protocols and procedures.
The Experience, Skills and Abilities NeededHigh School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of recent installation of cable/audio visual/electronics experience or Associate's degree in Electronics or similar degree, plus 1+ year(s) of related experience.
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent knowledge of personal computers, video technology, video cabling, networking.
Excellent interpersonal and Customer communication skills (verbal and written).
Proficiency in computers and Windows software.
Flexibility to handle multiple and changing priorities.

**Job Summary**
The Substation Equipment Installer Manager is responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and direction to the Substation Construction work group with statewide responsibilities for all major equipment installation and specialty equipment transportation required on substation projects that are part of the Georgia Power Transmission capital investment portfolio. This position will be responsible for ensuring that Installer crews and Switch test technicians have the training, equipment, and resources to successfully execute their projects. This position is also responsible for transformer and breaker capital commissioning overflow support for Transmission Maintenance Centers across the state.
This role will provide guidance to a leadership team of a crew supervisor and four construction field managers who oversee 3 foreman with 42 covered employees, roughly 40 contract resources, 5 test technicians, 3 inspectors and an analyst working statewide. In addition, they will also be responsible for a crew supervisor with three foremen who oversee 39 covered employees. It is anticipated that this position will oversee roughly $7M in annual contractor spend for the foreseeable future. The Manager will conduct ongoing performance management and ensure robust plans for leadership development in support of an active learning environment. This position interfaces with Training and Safety to support the initial and ongoing training within Substation Construction.
The manager will coordinate with peer Substation Construction managers, Specialty Mover and Rail Car Contractors, Project Management, Substation Design, Transmission Maintenance Centers, Transmission Support, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and external partners to ensure projects are completed on schedule and in a quality manner.
The manager is responsible to lead the team in a Safety Excellence environment with a focus on learning and ensuring critical and operational risk plans are implemented. Major focus areas include safety, inclusion, performance management, employee development, training, quality assurance, and efficiency improvement.
**_NOTE: This position has statewide responsibilities, and frequent travel within the state of Georgia is required - up to 25% of the time._**

The Telecommunications Equipment is responsible for the installation and maintenance of telecommunications infrastructure across a variety of carrier environments. This includes fiber optics, transport systems, and critical central office components. The Lead Installer ensures high-quality service delivery in technical spaces such as data centers, mobile switch centers, wire centers, and enterprise facilities.
**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
The Lead Installer will perform and oversee the following tasks:
**Equipment Installation & Infrastructure**
+ Install, remove, or modify active and inactive telecom equipment.
+ Build superstructure components for cabling systems (e.g., auxiliary bars, threaded rods, cable trays, wire baskets).
+ Modify infrastructure using tools such as bandsaws, hammer drills, jigsaws, and socket sets.
+ Install data cabinets, frames, servers, switches, routers, repeaters, bridges, gateways, multiplexers, transceivers, and firewalls.
**Cabling & Power**
+ Terminate connections to BDFBs and fuse panels.
+ Route, label, measure, and terminate power cables to equipment, following electrical safety standards.
+ Route and manage fiber optic and copper cables for high-speed data transmission.
+ Install and configure power distribution units (PDUs) with redundancy and load balancing.
**Testing & Validation**
+ Conduct hardware/software performance testing to assess efficiency, reliability, and compatibility.
+ Perform fiber light meter, CAT5/6, and volt-ohm meter testing.
+ Execute advanced test and turn-up procedures and integration activities.
+ Validate quality of in-process and completed work.
**Documentation & Oversight**
+ Complete job documentation, timesheets, expense reports, and daily status updates.
+ Read and interpret specifications, blueprints, schematics, and method of procedures (MOPs).
+ Supervise junior installers and ensure successful project completion.
+ Serve as a customer liaison and interface with supervisors and internal teams (Installation, Engineering, Project Management).
**Safety Responsibilities**
+ Comply with all federal, state, and local safety regulations.
+ Follow industry standards and Circet USA's Injury and Illness Prevention Program.
+ Participate in job site safety and hazard analyses.
**Education & Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or college degree preferred.
+ Minimum 6 years of experience in central office or data center installation.
+ Familiarity with AT&T, Telcordia, and/or Verizon quality standards.
+ Experience with equipment from vendors such as Dell, HP, Arista, Ciena, Fujitsu, Cisco, Calix, Adtran, Nortel, Nokia.
+ Proficient in fiber optic and AC/DC power installation and testing.
+ Skilled in Microsoft Office, iOS, and Android applications.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and tool proficiency.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
+ BICSI certification is a plus.
**Language & Communication Skills**
+ Ability to read and interpret safety rules, technical manuals, and procedures.
+ Capable of writing reports and professional correspondence.
+ Comfortable speaking to internal teams and stakeholders.

_Formerly known as Rayco Manufacturing, and now part of the_ **_Alamo Group Snow & Ice Team,_** _we manufacture heavy duty snow and ice removal equipment._
**Position Summary:**
The overall function of this position is to install and repair equipment on plow trucks and dump trucks, including all electrical equipment and hydraulics on plow trucks and dump trucks according to blueprints and specifications, using hand tools, test equipment, welder, power tools, air tools and other tools as necessary.
**Essential Functions of the Job:**
The duties of this job will include but are not limited to the following:
EQUIPMENT INSTALLATION
Installation: Selects equipment and plans layout, assembly and welding. Lays out, positions, aligns and fits components together. Bolts, clamps, and tack-welds parts to secure in position for welding. Sets up equipment and welds parts, using appropriate welding equipment to mount tilt fronts, dump bodies, etc.
Can perform all the primary functions:
+ Welding: Lays out, fits, cuts and welds fabricated parts as necessary, using appropriate tools and welding equipment to assemble or install dump bodies, handle stands, valve stands, and any other parts and equipment according to blueprint for equipment.
+ Electrical: Installs electrical equipment on plow trucks and dump trucks including running wires, mounting brackets, switches, and control boxes following electrical codes, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints and other specifications, using hand tools, power tools, air tools, etc. as necessary. Tests all installed equipment and wiring using appropriate electrical and/or electronic test equipment to determine proper functioning and installation of electrical equipment. Adjusts as necessary.
+ Hydraulics: Selects equipment, plans layout, and assembles or installs hydraulics on equipment according to blueprints.
TROUBLESHOOTING AND REPAIR
+ Tests malfunctioning electrical equipment using appropriate test equipment to diagnose malfunction.
+ Repairs or replaces any faulty or malfunctioning wiring or other electrical cables, fixtures or parts as necessary.
+ Observes operation of machinery and equipment to verify repairs.
+ Visually inspects hydraulic lines and components to detect leaks, damage, and wear and read pressure gauges to detect abnormal oil pressure and smells to detect overheated oil, and examines protective guards, loose bolts, and specified safety devices on trucks.
+ Make any adjustments, lubricates parts as necessary, fabricates special lifting or towing attachments, hydraulic systems, or other devices, replaces worn or damaged hydraulic components such as oil lines, fittings, cylinders, valves, gaskets and seals and repairs or installs new parts as necessary.
MISCELLANEOUS
+ Train any new recruits in installation procedures.
+ Assists with building plow fronts as needed.
+ Performs any other miscellaneous tasks as required by Installation Team Leader.
**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA's):**
+ Welding, hydraulic and electrical skills.
+ Skilled and experienced with welder, test equipment and various tools of the trade.
+ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, blueprints, assembly diagrams or schematics.
+ Ability to write routine reports and to complete product processing documentation.
+ Ability to adhere to and achieve exact levels of performance, using precision measuring instruments, tools, and machines to attain precise results according to specified standards.
+ Mathematical skills such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

This job has a strength rating of medium physical work - exerting 20-50 pounds of force occasionally, 10-25 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Frequent climbing, crawling and hearing required, along with constant stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, handling, fingering, feeling, talking, near acuity and color vision. Occasional use of balance, far acuity, depth perception and field of vision will also be needed.
