Essential Functions:
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment-related issues in daily operations, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate closely with operations personnel to understand equipment interactions and address challenges.
- Partner with cross-functional technical teams and site leadership to implement process improvements.
- Provide support for filling equipment, formulation processes, visual inspection systems, and labeling operations.
- Evaluate and enhance the efficiency of manufacturing instruments, equipment, and tools.
- Revise and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support operational needs.
- Participate in and support process FMEAs to assess and mitigate process and product risks.
- Deliver technical support for manufacturing activities.
- Ensure compliance with US and international regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EU, HC, TGA, PIC/S, ISO, USP, NRC, cGMP).
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Life Sciences with 3+ years of relevant experience
- OR High School Diploma/GED with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in developing work standards, maintenance plans, and SOPs
- Strong troubleshooting skills for manufacturing equipment
- Preferred: Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, aseptic processing (fill and finish), visual inspection, and labeling
