The Equity Capital Markets (ECM) Investment Banking Sr Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for assisting clients in raising funds in the equity capital markets, through IPO, Follow-on, Convertible, and Private placement offerings, in coordination with the Investment Banking team. The Banker is a senior level position responsible for assisting public/private healthcare clients across biotech, life science tools/diagnostics, med device, health tech and healthcare services in achieving their capital raising objectives, as well as in providing strategic advisory services and other types of financing alternatives in coordination with the banking coverage team. **Responsibilities:**
+ Assume significant levels of responsibility for the various phases of public/private equity origination and transaction execution, new business development and overall growth of the firm
+ Work closely with issuer clients on financing transactions and guide them through the capital raising process, including structuring, trading color and broader execution needs
+ Work directly and build business development level relationships with corporate clients, investors, VCs, sponsors and senior-level Citi team members
+ Responsible for drafting pitch materials, investor / stakeholder analysis, execution materials, oversee and ensure the quality of work being performed by analysts & associates
**Qualifications:**
+ 6-10 years of experience
+ Experience in the Financial Services industry, specifically within Banking
+ Degree in Finance or closely related areas of Business Administration
+ MBA or Master's Degree in Business preferred
+ Comprehensive knowledge of the corporate banking business and its related products, pertinent regulations and lending and credit approval processes
+ Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
+ Experience with large corporate clients, capital markets products, derivatives, credit, cash management, trade, finance and securities products
+ Series 7 and 63 preferred
