As an Analyst in our Equity Capital Markets ("ECM") team, you will be a key player in driving our platform's growth and execution. You will participate in the "full cycle" of transaction execution including preparing marketing materials, reviewing and formulating financial analyses, presenting both internally and externally to clients, and driving day-to-day transaction execution. Job Responsibilities

• Execute public capital raising transactions for issuer clients, including IPOs and follow-on offerings.
• Assist senior bankers in preparation for client engagement, such as pitches and RFPs.
• Liaise with other internal teams including industry coverage, sales and trading, syndicate, equity research and legal.
• Prepare thought pieces related to the equity capital markets and technology sector.
• Drive analysis for issuer clients, including precedent transactions and shareholder targeting.
• Draft presentation materials and internal committee memorandums in advance of launching transactions.

**Role Overview:**
BlackRock is seeking an Equity Capital Markets Associate in the US, to be based in New York. The individual will have responsibility for supporting pre-IPO and IPO origination efforts, working directly with the regional Head of ECM. The role will require facilitating active engagement with prospective issuers and enhancing connectivity across the ecosystem by supporting relationship-building efforts with various stakeholders, including management teams, VCs, sponsors, advisors and underwriters. **Job Summary**
As a Vice President in Equity Capital Markets, TMT team, you'll have experience developing strong relationships with corporates and financial institution clients and working across different products. **Job Responsibilities**
+ Acting as the primary day-to-day client point of contact and lead banker on deals
