Reporting to the Director, Executive and Equity Compensation, the Lead Equity Compensation Analyst supports the design, execution, and ongoing management of LiveRamp's equity compensation programs. Areas of emphasis include burn rate analysis, preparation of share requests, management of quarterly equity granting cycles and supporting the broad based compensation team on all equity related matters.
Ideal candidates will have a proven history of deep subject matter expertise, relationship-building abilities, and a passion for creating programs that contribute to growth at scale.
Responsibilities:

Assist with the design, analysis, and administration of executive, equity, and broadbased compensation programs, including processes and policies.

Regularly evaluate the company's burn rate to ensure alignment with long-term compensation strategies. Assess how stock award practices impact overall equity utilization and company performance metrics and recommend changes as needed.

Analyze trends in equity compensation and adjust methodologies to mitigate volatility risks. Focus on retention strategies for high performers, especially in fluctuating economic climates.

Execute quarterly equity grants, assess award pool utilization, evaluate performance metrics, and ensure compliance with regulatory and governance considerations.

Conduct comprehensive analyses to inform annual (or biennial) share pool requests, including dilution modeling, new share requirements, and plan cost projections.

Support the effective delivery of the annual compensation process. Update and distribute communications, ensure data quality, and audit and identify opportunities to improve compensation planning quality as it relates to equity compensation.

Partner with business leaders and People & Culture Team stakeholders to develop and implement compensation strategies and activities that attract, reward, and retain key talent in line with the LiveRamp Compensation Philosophy.
Qualifications:

8+ years' experience with equity plan design, budgeting and dilution analysis

Highly detail-oriented with an emphasis on accuracy and speed of execution, coupled with the ability to see the broader picture.

Demonstrated experience performing complex reporting and analysis. Strong analytical, mathematical, statistical, and conceptual skills; Google Suiteexpertise is required.

The approximate annual base compensation range is $127,000 to $191,500. The Lead Executive & Equity Compensation Analyst will play a vital role in supporting the strategic design, analysis, and operational execution of executive and equity compensation programs at Dynatrace. The Manager, Equity & Deferred Compensation will be part of the global Total Rewards team and report directly to the Executive Compensation Director. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan, equity awards (including vesting and exercise processing), and Deferred Compensation Plan. This role ensures compliance with applicable laws, SOX controls, and company policies while delivering a seamless participant experience. The position partners closely with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external plan vendors, and serves as the subject matter expert for equity, stock purchase, and deferred compensation programs.
Responsibilities:
- Administer all aspects of the ESPP, equity awards, and Deferred Compensation Plan, including enrollments, elections, vesting, exercises, distributions, and participant communications

- Oversee annual enrollment periods, equity grant cycles, plan amendments, and participant outreach
- Manage equity award lifecycle events, including grant issuance, vesting schedules, option exercises, and share settlements

- Collaborate with the Finance and Accounting teams to facilitate accurate and timely financial reporting related to equity programs

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in an analytical role, financial reporting, SOX audit, or similar in a public company setting, and 5 years focused on equity
- Experience administering Deferred Compensation is preferred
- Experience using equity administration systems, preferably Fidelity PSW equity platform
- Knowledge of SOX controls and experience implementing or maintaining them
- Analytical, forward-thinking, and solution focused professional with excellent attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to manage complex data sets and calculations
- High level of proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, formulas, etc.), PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and similar functions
- Comfort performing data gathering/validation, reconciliations, and audit
- Strong verbal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various teams across the organization and employees at all levels
