- Develop and integrate training programs for newly acquired entities.
- Act as the subject matter expert for all Syteline-related systems and processes.
- Identify and implement system enhancements to align with business objectives.
- Conduct monthly testing across multiple environments to ensure system reliability.
- Provide ongoing user development and support for compliance-related requests.
- Audit system transactions to verify data accuracy and reporting integrity.
- Foster strong business relationships to encourage collaboration and trust within the organization. Requirements - High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree in Business Management, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an end-user of Infor Cloud Suite Industrial (Syteline), with proficiency in version 8 or higher.
- Familiarity with Infor OS, Factory Track, Infor Data Fabric, Field Service Plus, and Syteline Service App is a plus.
- Experience in system implementation and integration within Infor/Syteline or similar ERP systems.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Multi-site and multi-warehouse experience is essential.

The Wabtec ERP Applications team focuses on support of ERP systems and their boundary applications. Our team supports many ERPs and identifies solutions using a variety of interfaced applications. The Epicor ERP Analyst will lead processes and support modules related to Epicor Kinetic / Classic implementations at Wabtec organizations around the world
**What will your typical day look like?**
+ Be the Subject Matter Expert/Solution Architect for Epicor / Kinetic modules, including collaboration with Application teams and integrated applications
+ Lead wing-to-wing IT projects for implementing solutions in Epicor
+ Collaborate with functional users to recognize business processes that deviate from standard processes, execute ERP module configurations and partner with business users for successful rollout, with focus on change management and site adoption.
+ Learn and understand business user requirements for Epicor project requests and enhancement requests.
+ Define as-is and to-be process maps in coordination with functional partners
+ Work with developers, architects and other stakeholders to define and plan solutions for any gaps identified
+ Investigate existing functionality and custom code to determine if it will meet the functional user's needs
+ Where standard functionality cannot meet business requirements, engage with internal development teams to develop custom programs and reports to cover gaps
+ Actively participate in all stages of migrations to ensure comprehensive data conversion and cutover plan. Leverage and follow blueprint framework to cleanse and transfer data.
+ Assist with training of users to perform their business processes
+ Proactively identify corrective actions to address potential project delays & perceived risks
+ Support existing sites as the focal point for Epicor issues and questions regarding general functionality
+ Provide secondary technical support for business, engineering, and manufacturing applications as required
