**Main purpose of the position:**
We are in process of making a digital transformation of our business by implementing D365FO as our new global ERP solution and the first step is WMS (Warehouse Management System). You will be playing a key role in clarifying business processes, specifying requirements, and designing a global ERP and WMS template in close cooperation with the project team. You will be our lead ERP senior consultant on our Bloomington/Shakopee site, which is our largest site, with both sales, operation, and manufacturing. You will be working closely together with our other 25 skilled ERP and WMS consultants, where the majority are located in HQ in Denmark. As our lead ERP and WMS senior consultant in Bloomington/Shakopee, you will also be responsible for handling critical and complex ERP and WMS incidents in NA, if our application support department are not able to solve the issue. The role also facilitates effective communication with various stakeholders throughout project & critical support lifecycles.

· Design and implement value adding solutions in WMS and ERP

Your Role

We're looking for a Solutions Consultant to help and/or lead onboarding for new customers and drive their implementation of our product. We're also looking for someone who is excited to be hands-on and influence our product roadmap.

As every business needs our type of product, you'll work with a variety of new clients and industries as Zip scales. Current clients include Coinbase, Snowflake, Notion, Canva, Samsara, Databricks, etc.

You Will

• Supporting and/or leading onboarding for new customers, with a heavy emphasis on understanding requirements and creatively configuring the product to solve their problems
• Responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation for new customers -- roll up your sleeves and build out the customer's processes from scratch
• Support and/or lead training and Q&A sessions with customers and key stakeholders to empower them to utilize the product without additional ongoing help from Zip

Qualifications

- Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and system enhancements.
- Develop comprehensive training materials and deliver user training sessions to ensure effective system adoption.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement opportunities for process improvement.
- Ensure best practices are followed in ERP/CRM system configurations and operations.
- Work closely with IT teams to meet project milestones and deliverables on time. Requirements - Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with ERP/CRM systems, including at least one full lifecycle implementation.
- Strong expertise in ERP/CRM functionality, data models, and integration points.
- Proven experience with production planning, discrete manufacturing, and capacity planning.
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments, particularly in electronics or high-tech industries.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work across business and IT teams.
- Experience in developing and managing business requirement documents.
- Proficiency in configuration management and API development.

Description We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Consultant to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This role is based in Brooklyn, New York, and focuses on providing technical expertise and functional support for Infor XA systems within a manufacturing environment. The consultant will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize business processes, ensure system stability, and contribute to legacy system enhancements.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and enhancements for Infor XA applications, including modules for sales, shipping, logistics, production, and quality.
- Collaborate with various teams to align business processes and translate operational needs into effective system solutions.
- Manage multiple XA instances, ensuring system stability and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Develop and maintain programs using RPG, CL, and DB2 to support critical business operations.
- Document system logic and processes to assist with future system migrations and transitions.
- Conduct inventory analysis and ensure data accuracy for routings, BOMs, and other master data.
- Support legacy system operations while preparing for migration activities, including data extraction and validation.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address system gaps and provide solutions to improve performance.
- Assist with carrier integrations and logistics functionality within the Varsity Logistics module. Requirements - Minimum of 7 years of experience in Infor XA programming and functional support within a manufacturing setting.
- Proficiency in RPG, CL, and DB2 programming languages.
- Strong knowledge of XA modules related to sales, shipping, production, inventory, and quality.
- Familiarity with manufacturing workflows, including routings, material requests, and quality alerts.
- Experience with carrier integration and logistics systems, particularly Varsity Logistics.
- Ability to document system processes and logic for migration purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while collaborating with diverse teams.
