Lee College requires the services of 1 Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Analyst 3 , hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Analyst 3, Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Lee College .

III. TERMS OF SERVICE

IV. WORK HOURS AND LOCATION

Services shall be provided during normal business hours unless otherwise coordinated through the Lee College . Normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM , excluding State holidays when the agency is closed.

The primary work location(s) will be at 200 Lee Drive, Baytown, Texas 77520. . The working position is Hybrid - On Site and Telework . Any and all travel, per diem, parking, and/or living expenses shall be at the Candidate's and/or Vendor's expense. Lee College will provide pre-approved, written authorization for travel for any services to be performed away from the primary work location(s). Technical Skills:

Oracle Financial ERP System Knowledge:

• Comprehensive understanding of Oracle Financials modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order to Cash, Device Life Cycle, Purchasing, and Expenses.
• Expertise in end-to-end data and process flows within Oracle Financials.

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) & Oracle Cloud Financials:

• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, particularly for integration with test automation tools.
• Proficiency in Oracle Cloud Financials features and tools.

Data Management:

• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financial ERP databases, including SQL and PL/SQL for querying and architectural design of test automation.
• Hands-on experience in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) for Oracle ERP data flows.

System Architecture & Design:

Functional Skills:

Business Process Mapping:

• Capability to align business processes with Oracle Financials functionality.

Project Management:

• Proficiency with project management tools like JIRA for tracking implementation progress.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP systems, particularly Oracle Fusion, and a proven track record of optimizing business processes and implementing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Analysis:
