Summary: Reports to the Business Systems Manager and supports all aspects of the ERP business systems. Collaborates with user groups, functional managers, development teams, and project teams to identify design enhancements, configuration opportunities, and ways to improve the utilization of ERP modules. This is not a traditional ERP role (read: no archaic workflows or 18-month go-lives). Instead, you'll become a full-stack consultant, using AI tools and hands-on experience to implement Fulfil at some of the most exciting brands in the world.

• Support the onboarding of new merchants by helping configure and launch their operations on Fulfil

Position Summary: The Site ERP Implementation Coordinator will play a critical role in supporting the successful rollout of the ERP system at the site level. As a local liaison between the global ERP project team and site operations, this individual will help ensure business continuity, coordinate change management efforts throughout the implementation, facilitate data collection and validation, identify and support future training activities.
