We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated ERP Implementation Lead to oversee the design, delivery, and support of Nextracker's enterprise-wide ERP transformation program. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing the full lifecycle of ERP implementation across Order Management, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Operations. The ERP Implementation Lead will ensure global business processes are standardized, scalable, and optimized to support Nextracker's rapid growth and operational excellence.
The ideal candidate brings a blend of deep ERP implementation expertise (Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP preferred) in a hands-on techno-function lead in prior implementations and proven experience driving large-scale ERP transformation initiatives in complex, global organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- ERP Program Leadership: Lead the overall ERP implementation, from discovery to post-go-live stabilization, ensuring successful adoption across all functional areas.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, HR, and Operations to define business requirements, design processes, and deliver ERP-enabled solutions.
- ERP Setup, Configuration and Instance Management: Hands on responsibility of managing setups, configuration across Dev, Test and Prod instances of ERP. Work with the audit and SOX functions to build the ITGC ground up in this new ERP.
- Technical program management: Work closely with the Techno-functional leads to ensure a cohesive implementation plan and execution tying back to overall ERP setup, configuration and instance management. Institute program governance, define KPIs, manage budgets/timelines, oversee vendor/system integrator performance, and report regularly to executive leadership.
- Business Process Transformation: Ensure business process synchronization across functional tracks to drive implementation of the future state in the new ERP.
- Work closely with the Integration and Data migration work stream to ensure multiple rounds of testing are done in alignment with conference room pilots, system test and user acceptance tests.
- Ensure completeness and timeliness of reporting and analytics work to enable business insights at the point of cutover for the functional stakeholders.
- Change Management: Lead communication, training, and adoption strategies to minimize disruption and maximize business value from ERP.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Leverage emerging technologies (including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and advanced analytics) to drive ongoing ERP and process enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).
- 15+ years of ERP implementation and IT systems experience, with at least 7+ years in ERP implementation leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale ERP programs (Oracle Fusion Cloud or SAP strongly preferred).
- Broad functional understanding across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Order Management and Revenue management modules.
- Strong program management skills, with experience managing multi-phase, global rollouts.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, executive reporting, and communication skills.
- Track record of partnering with business leaders to deliver transformation and measurable business outcomes.
- ERP vendor certifications (Oracle/SAP).
- PMP, Six Sigma, or equivalent program management credentials.
- Experience in renewable energy, manufacturing, or high-tech industries.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR) and data governance best practices.
