- Lead integration of ERP Solution Architects across all functional domains, ensuring a holistic view of business processes and system interdependencies.
- Provide technical and functional oversight of ERP design, development, landscape architecture, testing, security, and performance optimization.
- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams to ensure that ERP solutions deliver measurable operational, financial, and compliance outcomes.
- Champion best practices in SAP solution design, data governance, performance tuning, and security compliance-especially in classified and defense environments.
- Guide modernization and migration initiatives, including S/4HANA transformations, consolidation efforts, and advanced integration patterns.
You will report to the 1LMX ERP Strategy Sr. Manager and work closely with the Business Area DTO 1LMX ERP Program Manager, while collaborating across enterprise business areas to achieve cross-domain alignment.

- Knowledge of Agile development practices, preferably with the SAFe framework.
- Familiarity with Lockheed Martin's enterprise transformation initiatives, including accelerated classified transformation capabilities.
- Expertise in SAP integration technologies (e.g., SAP Process Orchestration, CPI) and frameworks, with hands-on experience integrating SAP ERP with MES, PLM, and other enterprise platforms.
