Job Position:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ESG Data Analyst. The ideal candidate will have experience in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG), or Environmental Safety and Health (ESH). This role offers a unique opportunity to work cross-functionally with departments such as Health Physics, Facilities, Safety, and Supply Chain to support data collection, analysis, and reporting related to waste disposal, energy audits, refrigerant gas inventory, safety data, and ESG performance. The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive ESG research, identify key risks and opportunities, and help implement sustainability initiatives.
Work Schedule: 20 hours a week for the first 4 months, then 10 hours per week
Essential Functions
- Conduct comprehensive ESG research and analysis, evaluating the companys performance against industry-specific criteria and standards.
- Identify key ESG risks, opportunities, and trends, providing insights to support strategic decision-making and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement ESG strategies, policies, and initiatives that align with sustainability objectives.
- Monitor and measure ESG performance indicators, track progress, and produce regular reports to communicate findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on evolving ESG regulations, industry best practices, and emerging sustainability trends, incorporating them into organizational strategies.
- Partner with Health Physics to manage the disposal of non-hazardous, hazardous, and radioactive waste at sites.
- Work with Facilities in executing an Energy Audit, and in the organization and analysis of the data for plants, and to track and report inventory.
- Assist the Safety team in preparing and submitting safety data reports.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain team on reporting through the Interlog system.
- Complete Enablon training and use the platform for data collection and reporting.
- Must maintain operational compliance with US and international regulatory agencies and guidelines (i.e. FDA, EU, HC, TGA, PIC/S, ISO, USP, NRC, cGMP, etc.)
- Bachelor Degree preferred or equivalent work experience in lieue of a degree
- Minimum of three years of relevant experience in data analysis, preferably with a background in ESG or ESH.
- Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
- Strong ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams across departments.
- Familiarity with Enablon or a willingness to undergo training to effectively use the platform for reporting.

**Position Summary** :
The Corporate Strategy and Development ("CSD") finance team is looking for a well-rounded and analytically oriented leader to focus on delivering on the STM group's mission while also supporting overall financial analyses for the various CSD teams. The System-to-Materials ("STM") group is incubating new programs to drive CEO vision of moving up Applied Materials position in the Semiconductor value chain. The Senior Analyst will partner directly with STM executive staff and program leadership teams to drive finance operating rhythm, provide actionable insights, and deliver financial targets. This position will also assist in driving strategy, portfolio prioritization, complex financial analysis, and systems/process innovations for the broader CSD team.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Primary business partner and first point of contact for STM leadership teams for all financial matters, while also engaged on broader CSD financial issues
+ Lead NPV analysis, budgeting and forecasting processes.
+ Own and drive finance operating rhythm and lead FP&A activities.
+ Perform insightful financial modeling, ROI analysis, scenario planning, and portfolio prioritization.
