- A minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning and related legal matters.

- Maryland bar license required; additional bar admissions are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex legal concepts clearly.

- Familiarity with the Internal Revenue Code and Treasury Regulations related to estate and gift tax planning.
