The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a collaborative mindset which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Stablecoin Architect - Ethereum
**Location:** Dallas, Texas

**What's the Job?**
+ Define the technical architecture for a fiat-collateralized, algorithmic, or hybrid stablecoin model on Ethereum.
+ Lead the design and deployment of ERC-20/ERC-677/ERC-4626 compliant smart contracts with upgradeable proxy patterns.
+ Write production-grade Solidity smart contracts and implement test-driven development.
+ Integrate compliance logic as programmable controls to ensure regulatory adherence.
+ Collaborate with fiat on/off-ramp providers and architect APIs for dApp and exchange integrations.
**What's Needed?**
+ 5-8+ years in blockchain architecture, with 3+ years working on Ethereum or EVM chains.
+ Deep knowledge of Solidity, smart contract security, and gas optimization.
+ Proven experience launching or contributing to a stablecoin or digital asset platform.
+ Strong command of cryptographic principles and familiarity with Ethereum Layer 2 environments.
+ Experience with algorithmic stablecoins or collateralized models is a plus.
