Job Description

As a Fluke **Ethics and Compliance Manager** , you will be a key member of Fluke's global legal team, working in close partnership with our parent company, Fortive, to uphold and strengthen our culture of ethics and integrity. In this role, you will lead and support investigations into alleged misconduct, including both people-related issues (such as harassment, discrimination, and retaliation) and financial concerns (such as conflicts of interest and misuse of travel and expense funds).
Additionally, you will lead efforts to strengthen our compliance culture by enhancing employee engagement in compliance initiatives. This includes monitoring training completion, improving training processes, and implementing engagement strategies such as gamification, employee recognition programs, and ongoing feedback mechanisms.
This role offers the opportunity to partner with cross-functional teams-including HR, Marketing, Information Security, and other business units-providing a dynamic environment for professional growth and impact.
**Primary Responsibilities** :
+ Manage investigation caseload ensuring timely progress and appropriate resolution
+ Conduct both virtual and in-person investigation interviews with employees and other key stakeholders across all organizational levels, ensuring the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality are maintained throughout the process
+ Draft clear, well-reasoned investigation reports and recommend appropriate countermeasures
+ Communicate countermeasures to the appropriate parties, track progress, and follow up as necessary to ensure timely closure
+ Support other investigators by providing guidance on investigative strategy, interview techniques, and report writing
+ Design and launch creative campaigns to encourage timely training completion (e.g., gamification, contests, recognition programs)
+ Partner with internal communications to develop engaging content and messaging around compliance initiatives
+ Track and report on employee training completion using Learning Management Systems (LMS), Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), and compliance dashboards
+ Manage automated reminders and escalation processes
+ Collaborate internal resources to create or source company-specific training modules to address emerging compliance issues
+ Draft and maintain micro-trainings and scenario-based learning to reinforce key compliance topics
+ Facilitate feedback loops to continuously improve compliance initiatives
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
+ 5+ years of experience in compliance, investigations, employee relations, or paralegal roles, with 2+ years of experience conducting people-related and financial investigations
+ Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
+ Experience with LMS platforms and data reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar) is a plus.
+ Ability to work independently and use good judgment while also collaborating with Fortive Compliance, Human Resources, Information Security, Finance, and other business teams

**Ethics HelpLine**

+ Serve as back-up to E&C Manager to retrieve and review incoming HelpLine reports and employee inquiries.

**Record Keeping**
+ Support tracking of E&C annual action plan and deliverables, including calendar management.

+ Manage / organize historical repository of E&C records, including leadership presentations, matter summaries, investigation reports, employee trainings, supplier contracts, etc.

**Continuous improvement of program and processes**
