**Primary Responsibilities** :

+ Draft and maintain micro-trainings and scenario-based learning to reinforce key compliance topics
+ Facilitate feedback loops to continuously improve compliance initiatives
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field
+ 5+ years of experience in compliance, investigations, employee relations, or paralegal roles, with 2+ years of experience conducting people-related and financial investigations
+ Strong analytical, investigative, and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
+ Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Description and Role Responsibilities**
**Ethics HelpLine**
+ Support the E&C Manager in addressing incoming Textron HelpLine reports; coordinate as needed with subject matter experts to triage potential ethics and compliance violations.
+ Serve as back-up to E&C Manager to retrieve and review incoming HelpLine reports and employee inquiries.
+ Conduct analysis to determine HelpLine statistical data and prepare summary reports.
+ Utilize company-specific software to document and report on investigations and respond to inquiries from corporate and business teams.
**Training and Communications**
+ Utilize company software and coordinate / deploy annual employee training and certification campaigns; work with business unit contacts to ensure timely completion.

**Data and Financial Analysis**

**Record Keeping**
+ Support tracking of E&C annual action plan and deliverables, including calendar management.
+ Assist in monitoring the E&C inboxes.
+ Track business unit deliverables to the corporate office, including reports, certifications, meeting minutes, and action plans.
+ Manage / organize historical repository of E&C records, including leadership presentations, matter summaries, investigation reports, employee trainings, supplier contracts, etc.
+ Upload records and keep current the E&C intranet site ("ERIC").
+ Track global E&C policy and procedure updates utilizing a revision tracker.
**Continuous improvement of program and processes**

- At least six (6) years of professional experience in training and/or communications, with experience in healthcare compliance preferred.
- Proven track record in producing newsletters, email campaigns, and educational events.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience in developing training content and applying instructional design principles.
- Familiarity with various learning management systems and training content development tools is advantageous.
- Knowledge of software for computer-based training, videoconferencing, and document management.
