We are a well-established medical practice seeking dedicated physicians to join our team focused on evaluating patients with swallowing disorders. We have openings for both full-time and part-time positions, and welcome physicians of varying experience levels to apply. During your training period, you will receive compensation.

As part of a network with sister practices in several states, our practice has grown significantly. With monthly patient volumes around 2300 and a support team of 70, which includes physicians, speech language pathologists, and support staff, we are committed to providing quality care.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • Competitive annual income ranging from $160,000 to $225,000 or more, based on patient volume, for working 4 to 5 days a week.

At Midwest Dysphagia Consultants, our mission is to deliver expert dysphagia consultations, including modified barium swallow studies for patients experiencing swallowing difficulties. These consultations are carried out using a mobile unit that serves various facilities, private practices, and homebound patients. Our office staff efficiently routes requests for swallowing studies, achieving a 95% scheduling success rate within 24 to 72 hours, and we aim to have our team home by 4:00 to 5:00 PM daily.
