Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize fragrance samples in various application bases (e.g., laundry, personal care, home care) for sensory testing and instrumental analysis.
- Investigate the behavior of fragrance molecules by managing stability studies using equipment such as stability ovens, environmental chambers, and laundry machines.
- Design, coordinate, and execute sensory panels for ingredients and fragrance formulations.

About The Role:
The Program Evaluator will join a highly collaborative and productive data team and report directly to the Bureau of Early Intervention's Director of Research and Analysis. The Program Evaluator has sole responsibility for carrying out evaluation activities for the EQCCDS project including compilation, management, analysis and reporting of both quantitative and qualitative data and documenting project progress using the PRISM/RE-AIM evaluation framework.
About the Program:
The New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene's (DOHMH) Bureau of Early Intervention (BEI) is seeking a full-time Program Evaluator for the Enhancing the Quality of Child Care Programs through Developmental Screenings (EQCCDS) project. This project, with support from Robin Hood Foundation, uses a technical assistance model to integrate developmental screening within licensed childcare programs with the dual aims of enhancing childcare provider practice and increasing identification and referral to EI of children with developmental delays or disabilities.
The position will be housed within the Bureau of Early Intervention, a comprehensive interagency program that supports infants and children with developmental delays in their efforts to realize their full potential. The Early Intervention Program assists and empowers families to meet their child's and their own needs and provides eligible children, regardless of race, ethnicity, or income, with services through the program. The Bureau sits in the Division of Family and Child Health.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all data-related activities pertaining to the EQCCDS project.
- Specifically, manage processing, analysis and reporting of data collected as part of program operations including aggregate reports from childcare providers, workload indicators from program staff, and interviews of childcare program leadership and other stakeholders
- Use SAS and R software to match and link records and track children referred through EQCCDS in the EI-Hub relational database
- Develop and generate summary reports using both EQCCDS and EI-Hub data
- Document data management procedures and monitor data quality
- Use the PRISM/RE-AIM evaluation framework to document project progress and draft the evaluation report.

**What You'll Do:**
As an Clinical Evaluator, you will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments of residents' health conditions, functional abilities, and care requirements. Your evaluations will drive the development of personalized care plans, ensuring the highest standard of care and well-being of our residents.

* LPN license required
* RN license preferred
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Perform comprehensive assessments of physical, mental, and emotional health to determine appropriate care setting
+ Evaluate functional abilities and care needs through detailed observations and assessments
+ Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
+ Develop and maintain positive relationships with area hospitals and community agencies
+ Establish and maintain relationships with social workers, case managers and other contacts in the healthcare and payor community
+ Educate residents and families about facility services, procedures, and care expectations
+ Monitor and reassess residents' progress and update care plans accordingly
+ Advocate for residents' well-being and coordinate with healthcare providers to address needs
+ Document assessments and care plans accurately and timely

What will your job look like?
The MobilityLink Evaluator shall use MDOT MTA MobilityLink service on a weekly basis to determine whether operators are performing their duties correctly. Perform onboard monitoring of Service Delivery Providers and will be responsible for reporting all observations on a weekly basis ensuring Service Delivery Providers meet contractual compliance requirements. The MobilityLink Evaluator interfaces primarily with Service Delivery Operator(s) to ensure that safe and professional high-quality customer service is emphasized and reinforced in all phases of service to Mobility customers.
Location: 4201 Patterson Ave, 2nd Floor Baltimore, MD 21215
What you’ll do:
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports detailing the observations
- Report all unsafe acts in real-time
- Submit digital trip monitoring reports weekly
- Store reports for three years prior to disposal, and they shall be available to the MDOT MTA upon request
- Perform random trip monitoring for safety and efficiency compliance
- Evaluate accessibility and identify unsafe stops, conditions, or surroundings
- Ensure the best safety practices are being utilized for a high-quality operation
- Monitor pick-ups and drop-offs at high-volume locations for safety and efficiency compliance
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports and briefings
- Maintain extensive knowledge and understanding of MDOT MTA MobilityLink policies and procedures
- Observe operator interactions and customer’s door-to-door transports
- Respond to MTA Mobility inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Schedule and take MobilityLink trips on varying days and at varying times each day and document the trips
- Other duties as assigned
What you’ll need:
Experience, Education & Certifications:
- High school degree or G.E.D.
- 2+ years’ experience of quality-related experience
- Working knowledge of Trapeze PASS paratransit software suite or event-based paratransit
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
Skills:
- Knowledge and understanding of the travel need of the Clientele
- Ability to travel locally within the Baltimore area 75+% of the time
- Extensive geographic knowledge of Baltimore City and the County area
- Proficient at reading and following maps
- Advanced analytical use of computers for word processing, spreadsheet analysis, database management, and development of presentations
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize work and collaborate effectively under pressure
- Strong people skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of work schedules/hours
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain an elevated level of confidentiality
- Intermediate level of proficiency or above in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel

- Prior Experience with ADA paratransit services, preferred
- Audit experience and/or knowledge of Paratransit guidelines, preferred
- 2+ years’ experience working in a paratransit safety and street role, preferred

Job Description:
