Location: Trenton, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: 12+ Months
Job Summary
• Required skills, experience, etc.: 10+ years of experience with data architecture or systems planning, experience with grant management systems (Sage/Agate), designing practical solutions using existing systems, advanced knowledge of data integration and analytics tools, experience in public sector or healthcare related data architecture
Interview process: 2 interviews with Client - 1 virtual technical interview, and 1 onsite interview-must be local
Job Description
We are looking for a Data Analysis Architect to conduct requirements analysis and oversee data management for the Sage and Agate Grant Management systems.
What You'll Do
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and current data challenges
- Conduct analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in existing data systems
- Develop clear plans and roadmaps for improving data management and integration
- Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and scope to ensure successful outcomes
- Translate complex ideas into accessible concepts for non-technical audiences
- Support decision-making by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- Ensure that proposed solutions align with organizational goals and existing systems
What You'll Need
Required:
- Experience with grant management systems (Sage/Agate)
- At least 10 years of experience in a data architecture or systems planning role
- Strong ability to engage with stakeholders and lead collaborative discussions
- Proven track record of designing practical solutions using existing systems
- Comfortable working with data concepts and systems, with a focus on strategy and planning
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred:
- Advanced knowledge of data integration and analytics tools
- Experience in public sector or healthcare-related data architecture
