We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director, Human Resources to join the Center team. As our first Senior Director, Human Resources, you will be responsible for setting and driving the development of organization-wide HR strategies. As a key member of the leadership team, the Senior Director, Human Resources, will lead the charge on providing an employee-oriented, high-performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and organizational growth. This individual contributes as a strategic partner in the accomplishment of departmental plans through initiatives that attract and retain talent, develop employees and leaders, and align organizational goals and objectives.
You Will Have the Opportunity To:- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the organization's human resource compliance and strategy needs
- Administer or oversee the administration of human resource programs including, but not limited to, compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; productivity, recognition, and morale; occupational health and safety; and training and development
- Monitor and ensure the organization's compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews and modifies policies and practices to maintain compliance
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law; apply this knowledge to communicate changes in policy, practice, and resources to upper management
- Conduct research and analysis of organizational trends including review of reports and metrics from the organization's human resource information system (HRIS) or talent management system
- Perform other duties as required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of Human Resource Management experience with a track record of rapidly scaling high-growth technology companies
- 3-5 years of senior leadership HR experience supporting Executive level roles within the Organization
- Prior high-tech, finance industry experience preferred
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred
- Experience developing employee related plans and strategies to support the achievement of the overall business operations objectives
- Have worked with the company's leadership team to establish a successful employee development and succession plan that corresponds to the strategy and objectives of the company
- Developed, implemented and evolved as needed comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective
- Highly knowledgeable around progressive employee practices and programs
- Have functioned as a strategic business advisor to the executive/senior management across multiple functions
- Experience presenting to board of directors and other strategic advisors
- Ability to operate at the strategic level, coupled with the willingness to manage the day-to-day aspects of the People practice and function

The Senior Director, Human Resources pay transparency range is 175k- 197k annually + equity.
