+ Conduct detailed talent analytics and measurement to extract actionable insights.
+ Prepare and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track executive performance metrics.
+ Collaborate with the broader ETM&D team and Product teams (e.g., Talent Advisory, Grow, HR Data & Analytics).
+ Provide administrative and project management support to ensure the smooth execution of executive performance processes.
+ Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders to strategize, implement, and execute talent solutions aimed at talent management, performance management & measurement, executive development, and competency modeling & assessment.
**Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities**
+ 3+ years of experience in Talent, Executive/Leadership Development, Performance Management, and/or Data & Analytics.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant HR discipline (e.g., OD/OE, data analytics).
+ Understanding of executive performance expectations, competencies, and assessments.
+ Basic proficiency in metrics and evaluating executive performance.
+ Experience in project and change management, including stakeholder engagement and strategy prioritization.
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
+ Ability to analyze data and extract actionable insights.
+ Innovative and cross-silo mindset.
