**Job Description Summary**
This role is responsible for establishing and leading a global team of MRO, Facilities, and Utilities Category Management professionals and is responsible for $1.1B in spend and major transformation across GEV. This role provides leadership support in building teams of best-in-class talent and fostering an environment of strong collaboration and engagement and will establish relationships by building trust with internal and external stakeholders and developing and executing strategies to meet business outcomes.
Within Utilities, your team is responsible for Category Strategy, Supplier Contracting, Supplier Negotiations, Supplier Management and Performance Monitoring activities across all Tier II commodities with a heightened focus on Renewable Energy and support of the overall GEV ESG Sustainability Strategy. Within MRO, this team is responsible for Category Management, Master Agreement Negotiations, Supplier Management and Performance Monitoring across all Tier II commodities except NPI. Within Facilities, this team is responsible for Category Management, Master Agreement Negotiations, Supplier Management and Performance Monitoring across 8 Tier II commodities to include Archiving & Document Storage, EHS Services, Facilities Management, Office Supplies, Security, Signage & Accessories, and Uniforms. Additionally, this role is responsible for partnering with the Business Unit teams to ensure a cohesive global strategy development and implementation. Actively lead and coordinate sourcing efforts across GEV with measurable P&L impact on SQDC, policy deployment, and executing initiatives. The role will partner with GEV functional stakeholders in Business and Segment Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain, and other functions to improve SQD and drive TCO reductions while delivering excellent service levels to the organization.

**Essential Responsibilities**
+ Oversee development / execution of strategies within assigned category spend group
+ Own corporate utilities sourcing process end-to-end, including hedging strategy, trigger points, sourcing of renewable energy, etc.
+ Lead and manage multi-functional stakeholder teams on specific strategic sourcing initiatives or projects
+ Drive best practices, measure, and track internal performance, monitor strategy implementation to ensure benefit realization, and drive value through supplier relationship management within the assigned category spend/group
+ Lead development of best in class category analytics specifically related to MRO, Facilities and Utilities. Ensure sustain 95%+ data categories at tier 3+ level
+ Support and leverage scale across company in other categories.
+ Support / lead other business need such as direct pilot where appropriate
**Qualifications/Requirements**
+ Major experience in Sourcing, Operations, Supply Chain, Commercial, or equivalent consulting experience
+ Significant experience directly leading teams
+ Strong experience in MRO, facilities and/or utilities
+ Demonstrated ability in leading large scale organizational, process, and culture change
+ For roles not in USA, this role requires significant experience comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
+ For roles in USA, this role requires a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 7 years of experience in job family group/function)

_The salary range for this position is $98,000 to 273,000 USD. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's geographic location, experience, education, skill set, and work location. The Executive Talent Management & Development (ETM&D) team delivers high quality solutions for identifying, developing, and evaluating senior executive talent firmwide. This high exposure team partners with the Human Resources Operating Committee (OC), Line of Business (LOB) aligned HR executives, and Product teams to deliver an executive talent agenda that ensures the highest quality talent in the top 150 positions at the firm.
As an Associate on the Executive Talent Management & Development team, you will articulate success profiles and evaluation framework for outstanding executive performance, facilitate learning and actions that contribute to the development of premier executive talent, execute talent management processes to build a deep bench of successors for OC / OC-1 positions and engage and co-author professional development & career management for the top 150 executives at JPMorgan.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Conduct detailed talent analytics and measurement to extract actionable insights.
+ Prepare and maintain regular reports and dashboards to track executive performance metrics.
+ Collaborate with the broader ETM&D team and Product teams (e.g., Talent Advisory, Grow, HR Data & Analytics).
+ Provide administrative and project management support to ensure the smooth execution of executive performance processes.

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities**
+ 3+ years of experience in Talent, Executive/Leadership Development, Performance Management, and/or Data & Analytics.
+ Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant HR discipline (e.g., OD/OE, data analytics).
+ Understanding of executive performance expectations, competencies, and assessments.
+ Basic proficiency in metrics and evaluating executive performance.
+ Experience in project and change management, including stakeholder engagement and strategy prioritization.
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
