Position Summary:
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in expanding our Capex renovation footprint. We are looking for a driven, strategic “hunter” who can identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the multi-family market—focusing specifically on interior and exterior Capex projects.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Proactively prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities in the Capex renovation space (interior and exterior)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including Capex teams at large multi-family ownership and management groups
- Sell the Renova One value proposition — One Click One Call (“OCOC”) — to differentiate our service offering
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan aligned to local market opportunity and company goals
- Leverage company-supplied data and conduct local market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Own local execution of National Account programs, providing valuable field-level intel and feedback
- Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, estimating, client services, and marketing to ensure alignment and execution
- Achieve pipeline, activity, and close rate goals, including lead conversion, outreach, and follow-ups
- Accurately manage all sales activity and customer data within our CRM system
- Attend sales meetings and participate in ongoing training, consistently demonstrating newly learned skills
- Successfully transition new accounts to the Sales Account Executive team for ongoing relationship management
- Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism in handling customer and company information
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in business development, with a strong hunter mentality
- Experience selling into multi-family Capex renovation or related construction/real estate sectors
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Action-oriented and self-motivated, with a problem-solving mindset
- Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

+ Perform various activities related to Opportunity Management and monitoring the health of the account which includes, but is not limited to, Customer KPI review, revenue quality monitoring, watching for additional opportunities, contract and pay terms review to ensure adherence to agreement.
+ Visit prospective and existing customers at their corporate headquarters or other sites as needed.
+ Requires ability to travel to customer sites to meet customer needs.

+ Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of relevant experience, or 5+ years experience in sales, marketing, or similar.
+ Must posses a valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record as per JBH standards.

+ The expected starting pay range for this position is between $0,000 - 120,000.

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company's bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
