**Essential Duties & Responsibilities** including but not limited to::
+ Define and oversee the long-term marketing and branding strategy for the system, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and business goals.
+ Partner with executive leadership and colleagues to identify growth opportunities, address challenges, and shape enterprise-wide strategies that build market share and advance the brand.
+ Serve as the senior brand steward, responsible for articulating and safeguarding BILH's positioning, purpose, and voice across all audiences and experiences.

We are looking for a highly analytical and hands-on Digital Marketer to join our group of elite marketers.
