What You'll Do
- Lead Productions at Any Scale: On smaller productions, you'll be a full-stop internal producer, working hand in hand with external creative partners to bring content pieces to life. For larger productions, you'll source and manage external production & creative partners and ensure they execute our creative vision.
- Build and Manage Crews: Whether you're bringing in freelancers or vetting a full-service production house, you'll assemble the right team for the job.
- Translate Creative into Action: You'll work closely with our Associate Creative Director (Content) to understand the creative vision, then develop and own the production plan that brings it to life - making sure execution aligns with the idea every step of the way.
- Own and Optimize Budgets: You'll scope, manage, and reconcile production budgets, delivering high-quality work while remaining on time and on budget.
- Make the Right Trade-Offs: You'll decide when to push for creative ambition, when to simplify for speed, and how to keep quality high without letting scope creep derail execution.
- 10+ years of experience producing branded content, campaigns, or film/photo work - preferably in-house at a creative-forward brand or studio.
- Deep knowledge of the content production process - creative development through post-production - including budgeting, crew sourcing, and timelines.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across different formats, timelines, and complexity levels.
- A strong network of freelance talent, agencies, and vendors, and the ability to scale up or down as needed depending on the project.
