About the Role
As the Senior Director, Talent Acquisition- Executive Recruiting, you will have the unique opportunity to influence the future leadership landscape of Walmart. You will report directly to the Global Head of Executive Recruiting. Your key responsibilities will include understanding the needs of the business and closely partnering with Global Talent and Learning's Talent Management function to deliver a world class executive hiring process. This includes leveraging your deep market expertise, knowledge of the executive talent landscape, and experience attracting and hiring executive level talent. **What you'll do.**
+ Work with the business to identify hiring needs at the Officer level. Understand the role, the capabilities needed for success now, and in the near future. Serve as the expert to guide the decision-making process of moving forward with an external search or identifying internal talent to fill the role.
+ Partner closely with the talent management function to build candidate slates that include internal talent.
+ Build tight partnerships with external agencies that have consistently delivered successful candidates to the business. Serve as a liaison to the agency and the business to "white glove" the process from identifying the talent need to serving up candidates. Hold our partner agencies to KPIs to ensure quality delivery.
+ Interface with Senior Leadership to understand the talent needs while maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and understanding sensitivity of searches Live Walmart Values and serve as a brand ambassador when engaging with candidates and the external market.
