As a Principal Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be instrumental in sourcing, vetting, and engaging high-caliber candidates for critical technology and executive positions across various industries. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial client consultation and job specification development to offer negotiation and onboarding support. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment processes for technology and executive-level roles.

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
- Conduct in-depth candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate compensation packages and extend offers of employment.
- Provide exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay current with talent market trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment technologies.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of the recruitment team's strategies and processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment agency or corporate recruiting environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling complex technical and executive-level positions.
- Expertise in utilizing various sourcing channels, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment marketing tools.
- Strong understanding of the technology sector and current talent demands.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
