The RoleThe Human Resources Experienced Associate will administer human resources activities such as compensation, firm-wide communications, policies and procedures, performance management processes, statistical reporting, and overall management of personnel information. The Experienced Associate will work closely with the Head of Human Resources and act as the liaison to local Human Resources Representatives. Primary responsibilities include processing HR employee status change transactions in our HRIS application (UKG Pro), preparing monthly statistical reports on employee trends, aiding in compensation matters, and maintaining personnel files in the firms electronic filing system (GFR). Additionally, the HR Associate will be responsible for various HR surveys and newsletters. This person will be the subject matter expert for UKG Pro HRIS and provide general support to HR, Payroll, and Benefits as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
Our firm offers competitive base compensation, a benefits package, and a discretionary employee bonus program based on individual and firm performance metrics. For those hired in Los Angeles, the expected salary range is $69,300 to $80,000, with actual offers varying based on qualifications.
