**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):**
+ Experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data
+ 3+ years of experience in full life cycle recruiting (screening, and closing both internal and external candidates)
+ 3+ years of experience sourcing talent using a variety of tools including LinkedIn and professional networks, Boolean searches, and other social media tools
+ 3+ years of experience building relationships with business partners, human resources and internal recruiting / staffing teams and candidates
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):**
+ Bachelor's degree or higher

The Salvation Army (TSA), Adult Rehabilitation Centers (ARC) is a no-fee program to assist men & women in completing our drug/alcohol rehabilitation program. Our employees share in the contribution toward maintenance and effectiveness of the program which provides a greater sense of purpose and opportunity.
Our Oakland and San Francisco Adult Rehabilitation Center is seeking a full-time HR Generalist who will provide daily, functional and administrative support to the Human Resources Department. As the first point of contact for employee's queries on HR-related topics, this role will support the Center Warehouse and Administration Departments, as well as a eight retail stores the Oakland / San Francisco area. The ideal candidate will have four years of HR experience, be self-motivated, reliable, detail-oriented and ready to meet the demands of the position.
JOB SUMMARY The HR Generalist is responsible for carrying out the day-to-day responsibilities in the assigned HR Department (s) including but not limited to: administrative tasks related to the smooth operation of an HR department, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, workers compensation administration, safety and minor payroll tasks.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:

- Become familiar with company benefits offered and assist enrollment for new hires and annual open enrollment
- Assist with maintenance of records for Authorized Drivers for ARC, including annual MVR and safety training.

SummaryThe Human Resources Business Partner and Office Administra tor , Experienced , position is designed to provide strong and reliable support to the Human Resources and Office Administration functions. This role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including payroll management, administration of employee benefits and compensation, maintenance of employee personal data, office administration tasks and other ad-hoc projects.
Responsibilities- Ensure employee compliance in following procedures for leave application and maintain records in the leave portal.
- Responsible for compiling and submitting the tax reports, Housing Fund documents, and IIT verification and submission to the relevant authorities in a timely manner.
- Liaise to renew the company licenses, resident permits for individuals and other required procedures within the planned timeframe.
- Assist the HR Manager with monthly payroll processing.
- Coordinate contracts for essential services such as office cleaning, carpet cleaning, air conditioning.
- Ensure that office areas, including meeting rooms, the front-desk, and workstations are kept neat and clean at all times.
- Ensure compliance with CHS travel policy and manage the travel calendar for all employees.
- Assist with visa applications and submissions to relevant bureaus.
- Arrange necessary vaccinations in accordance with travel regulations and requirements.
- Minimum Requirement: Diploma holder.
- Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's Degree or higher.
- Professional Experiences:
- At least 3 years of experiences in a similar position is required.
- HR and Office administration: Proficiency in payroll, housekeeping matters, claim management, etc.
- Communications Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, meticulous, motivated, decisive and a people-oriented team player.
- Workload Management: Flexible and mature approach with the ability to manage one's own workload, emphasizing accuracy, prioritization and delivery with minimum supervision.
