Roles and Responsibilities
- Minimum 9 years of U.S. experience with IBC and IRC with an emphasis on high-end residential projects. Other experience, such as hospitality, embassy, retail and commercial office projects a plus.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
- Architectural Registration not required but ideal.
- Strong familiarity with DC/VA/MD local building codes, zoning, accessibility, and generally knowledgeable in jurisdictional processes and possess knowledge of best practices within the design and construction industries.
- Essential knowledge of engineering disciplines to coordinate work with outside consultants.
